Great location in Gisborne

Well located, great proximity to town/shops, whilst not being directly on the strip. Good amenities provided.

We had unit 1, which got all the street noise and there was a light directly outside the bedroom that bled through the curtains, but otherwise everything was great.

Rememberable!

Excellent location to superb cafes and restaurants. Owner very welcoming and knowledgeable about Gisborne and highlights to see. The size of the room was amazing so spacious and bed comfy!

Very good

Very good space for a solo traveller with car parking which was really good. Clean with all the amenities.

The neighbors were loud having a party outside and you could hear everything at 4pm so lucky I went out with friends that was the only issue.

Ask for an upstairs room

Large super clean room. Comfortable bed. Good location. Quiet. Liked everything except the view of the cars outside the room. We left something behind and they let us know very quick so we could return for it. Fantastic service.

We had a ground floor room so was a bit disappointed the view wasn't what we saw in the pictures. I didn't recall there being any info or being able to choose upstairs when we booked. I think that needs to be clearer as upstairs would be amazing.

Gisborne well worth a visit, lovely walks along the river.

Right on the Marina, so very close to clubs and restaurants easy walk into town. Brunch at Zest, excellent, dinner at Thai restaurant, both near the river, Lowe Street. great food at both.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again

Location ,view ,weather.

We had a 5day stay, the frig was small, especially the ice box. No ice tray and we enjoy a drink in the evening. The bed sheets could have been changed.

Rooms dated. Asked for upstairs room but got placed downstairs… place wasn’t booked out that night.

Rooms dated and dark. Got there late at night. Room was cold and took ages to heat up.

Fabulous

Lovely host. Great location, handy to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Lovely river view. Big comfy bed. Had everything we needed.

Clean and spacious rooms, the staff was lovely. Such a convenient location, the cafe that’s on the same street had the best food. Would definitely stay again.

Get an upstairs room if you can, as the ground level one we had was a bit of a fishbowl.

This place exceeded expectations - great kitchenette and extras. The view from the balcony amazing and the area is quiet and the sun dazzled in. Great hosts and really adhering to covid protocols - clean unit and they were able to accommodate our request. For the price of the room - awesome value. Great cafe around the corner , walk into town and great restaurants across the bridge over the river. Fantastic hosts! Would be your number one stay!
