It was OK.

It was a pleasant stay

The Food was very basic. To be honest I had a burger & Fries. Would have been better to order from outside. Very basic food quality.

It was not the best experience we had

We had a horrible customer service experience with receptionist Veronica (Filipino national). She has zero customer service skills and was very arrogant. We arrived at the hotel a bit early and all we requested was to leave our luggage and come back for check-in later. We didn’t even ask for an early check-in. She kept saying, “Your room is not ready yet.” I said, “Yes, we know. All we need is to leave our luggage.” Finally, we met staff member Ajimond, who assisted us in leaving our bags. He went above and beyond, providing us with an exchange room, towels, and more. Ajimond also gave us great information about tourist attractions and transport options. Our first impression was horrible due to Veronica’s attitude, but staff members Ajimond, Trojan, and Mahesh were really helpful and made us comfortable. We are planning to visit Abu Dhabi in six months, but we will not stay at Ramada Downtown again due to the bad customer experience with Veronica. Apart from Veronica’s attitude, the hotel facility is really good. The hotel room is large enough and it is also close to some restaurants.

Veronica has zero customer service skills and was very arrogant.

Всё было здорово и на высоком уровне! Мы были семьёй из четырёх человек, включая детей, нам очень понравилось! Отдельное спасибо персоналу за заботу, чуткость к нашим просьбам и вопросам и отношение к своему делу.

Отель в тихом районе, уютно и приятно гулять. Я рекомендую.

Персонал прекрасный! Разрешили оставить вещи, также вызвали такси по адекватной цене до Дубая. Большое спасибо. Номер большой, просторный. Комнату подобрали хорошую, на этаже для некурящих.

Можно было бы помыть окна + фен очень слабый. Невозможно пользоваться. Нет адаптеров для розеток, но можно попросить персонал, мне сразу дали.

Good hotel.

The room was clean and cozy. There a small free gym and pool on the roof, not the vest view, but still good. Several bars on the roof. Good staff and kind. There is a bath in the rooms and that's great!

Loud music was in the evening, that was a bit annoying. The water in the bathroom could be hotter. Not the best location, but not so far from the center and shopping mall.

RAMADA- ZAŠLÁ SLÁVA?

Vybíral jsem trochu i podle jména a Ramada mi dávala příslib něčeho kvalitního. Tento hotel však tak jak jsem ho nalezl mohl vyhovovat požadavkům před 20 lety. Drobnosti jako ulomená klička u okna, špinavé, zapatlané okno by se daly tolerovat, ale odér kuřáckého pokoje , byť byl prodán jako nekuřácký tam hodně zkazil můj dojem. Špinavé, zašlapané a kouřem nasáklé koberce. Na jednu noc při přestupu na jiný let se to dá vydržet, déle však ne.

Staff super gentile

Hotel molto in centro, staff gentilissimo, ci hanno pure permesso di stare in piscina oltre l’orario del check out, stanza pulitissima e letti super comodi.

Direi la colazione, noi italiani siamo abituati a mangiare prevalentemente cose dolci e ci erano davvero poche cose di questo genere, però devo dire che se siete abituati a mangiare salato c’erano molte cose tra cui omelette preparate sul momento.

Except experience

Very professional hotel and staff. The rooms are very modern with great colour schemes. Very good location with the Abu Dhabi Mall 10 minutes walk.

The pool is small and goes into the shade early afternoon.

Hotel staff charged me for a pint of beer which i didn’t even touched.. they said bottle was opened.. and gas was gone??..beside this small isolated event ..every thing about the hotel is fantastic..

Очень важно, когда после насыщенного дня есть возможность прекрасно отдохнуть и набраться сил.

Очень удобное расположение, недалеко остановка автобуса, на котором можно быстро и комфортно доехать до аэропорта. Чистый, уютный номер. Уборка каждый день. Очень удобно, что в номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар и бутилированная вода. Просторная ванная комната. Разнообразные завтраки.

1 night stay at Ramada, Downtown Abu Dhabi

Easy check in. Fantastic location in a buzzing area with many cafes, shops and restaurants. Room was clean, spacious and modern plus I could hardly hear any noise from outside my room. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning is a blessing when it's over 40c outside. All the staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful. I didn't catch everyone's names but on night shift were Nuzair and Kamal who helped me out with boarding pass, luggage, etc. Very happy with my stay, even got late check out at 1400 which really helped me a lot as the next night (tonight) I will be travelling without any sleep.. 😅 Thank you!

The heat outside on the street was INTENSE, but can't blame the hotel for that!! Welcome to UAE! 😄🥵

Location, connecting rooms, staff

-we (family with 3 children) checked in at around 2-3am and there were girls going in and out, and it was rather awkward situation that made me understand that I should not stay in this hotel with my family in the future. Even if they have a karaoke club they should have a different entrance. -there is a strange smell in the corridor of the 8th floor -the room was nice and beautiful, however someone's hair in the bathroom... -they have few English channels, even though in their channels list there are English channels mentioned. -good breakfast, but strange thing happened is that the waiter saw us coming 5people for breakfast, but he arranged the table for 4, so we took chair and other staff ourselves. it wasn't a problem, but it's just a matter of doing your job excellent. The next day they did it for 5 )) -the shower system is strange and difficult to understand, I couldn't realize where cold water was coming from, and the water pressure is weak. - another thing is the noise of the cooling system of the nearby building, it just follows you every single minute you are in the room. -we visited the pool, it nice and cozy. Fortunately we were the 1st so we had it, others came later but left as the pool is for 1 family I would say. No dress exchange room, toilet. the towels they have in the room are terrible, see the photo.
