Great value for money!

Rooms were big and the apartment was well suited for our weekend

More bath mats needed... Water everywhere if you have kids that love long showers :-( shouldn't be a problem if you dont have kids. LOL

Quiet shock in a cockroach nursery

The rooms was big enough, the beds was comfortable.

On the first day after moving in, we found one cockroach in the lobby, but we didn’t think anything of it. By the way, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our luggage to be delivered to our room. The room was very outdated, although the bed linen in the bedroom was fresh. The furniture in the rooms and especially in the kitchen is very outdated, in some places it is simply fixed with bolts. For 5 people there were only 2 sets of towels, the rest had to wait an hour and they brought towels from the pool and the same story was repeated the next day. The next day we were in for a real shock; in the evening there were a large number of cockroaches of various sizes in the corridor and in the kitchen, which suggests that the problem has existed for a long time. Cockroaches were everywhere, on the plates, on the floor, on the walls. One even somehow got into the refrigerator. I went down to the lobby and found the duty manager, Hicham Lall. I also saw a certificate stating that the hotel was last inspected in January 2022! I showed the photo and video and the manager, looking surprised, went with me to check. Having seen the illegal guests, he promised to carry out urgent cleaning right now. After 20 minutes, a man came to us with a bag and said: I was told that I need to take out the trash)))). This was the last straw, the manager on duty did not respond to a Whatsapp message and only after calling the phone number they changed our number. The impressions are very, very unpleasant, and at the same time the hotel has a rating of 8.1 (although many understand that some of the points of 10 are not real) and 4 stars. If you want to pay for 4* and get a full night of adventures with cockroaches, then this is the place for you.

Room beautiful 🙂

When I am coming to check in there are two staff ,one Arabian lady she was busy and one Asian lady she have customers , I wait half an hour . Sorry but I will not come again.

My stay and overall experience was fantastic!!

My stay was fantastic, got positive vibes from the reception whilst checking-in to my room. Martina (reception host) was fantastic and made everything seamless.. i was given a room upgrade and also late checkout to my amazement. You guys rock!

Nothing.. everything was great and pleasant. Minor details though- there was no toiletry kit in the bathroom and no hotel slippers in the room. They were provided upon request though.

Good for a one night stay.

Good size apartment.

No ensuite bathrooms for the other 2 bedrooms. Only the master bedroom. Not enough pillows and towels provided. Had to request for additional. Funny smell at the corridor, it appears that there are some room renovation works ongoing at the 1st floor.

Staff were friendly.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 4 guests. On arrival we had 2 coffee mugs, 3 bath towels and no hair dryer. When these additional items were requested staff responded promptly. But the next day was the same and Day 3 we arrived back late to find housekeeping had left us NO towels so we had to wait a long time to have showers. Finally, they brought us 3 towels for 4 guests. A very frustrating experience overall!!

Very friendly staff, they upgraded us to a larger apartment that was more spacious and they brought us extra bed, because the sofa in the living room is not pull-out.

Studio for 3 ppl what we have booked has only one double bed (thats what they told us at the reception). It cant fit three persons so I think it should not be offered as option for 3 ppl.

Amazing facility, friendly staffs.

room condition was good, staffs were very nice. Also very private and quiet place it was.

When we asked for the room cleaning and extra towels it took more than hours and had to call several times to the house cleaning team. However the next day the request was taken immediately.

Staff, especially Ramsha at reception, were very helpful. Hotel location was excellent and lots of nearby restaurants.

There were no dressers in any of the rooms. Also teaspoons were missing from kitchen.

Home away from Home

Excellent Hospitality .. front office Staff Ms.Yin was very cordial and went extra mile to provide great hotel room. Hotel Staff were helpful to guide you about locations/things to-do around hotel. I had a lot minute taxi fiasco but Ms.Yin coordinated with hotel staff Abdul Azizz who ran across the road to grab a taxi for me to get to the Airport. Lovely guys
