We were upgraded to a room with a very nice balcony overlooking the garden en sea.
The room was extremely spacious and very clean. The toiletries by LE LABO smelled amazing!
The breakfast was extraordinary; as we are vegan, the chef recommended the Indian station, cooked vegetables, vegan pastries, toast avocado,....so many options!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted every morning by SAID at breakfast, with a big smile and our coffee ready!
Overall, the staff are so nice, always smiling and asking if everything is OK. For the housekeeping and rooms, Mr. Pranjal saw us looking at the dates when passing by, and he arranged dates to be ready in our room, without we having to ask for this. What a nice surprise!
We were sad we had to leave after 3 days. We will definitely come back!

Azure and warm water, white and soft sand, comfortable beach infrastructure: free lounge chairs and towels, food and drinks delivered directed to your place on the beach or by pool - all of it we've found here.
In addition, there are good continental breakfast and awsome suits.
Very expensive SPA and luck of grocery stores nearby the hotel. Also, there are expensive lunch and dinner.

Il servizio e la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Colazione ottima, stanza molto confortevole. Il mare e la spiaggia sono fantastici, e l'acqua è più calda della temperatura corporea.
Purtroppo la spiaggia nel mese di agosto è impraticabile, la sabbia è troppo calda, le ciabatte sono inutili, bisogna scendere con le scarpe, una passerella più lunga sarebbe molto utile, ma capisco che qui ad agosto non è la stagione migliore.

Очень приятный и учтивый персонал, на пляже и у бассейна всегда приносят новые полотенца и водичку. Завтраки очень вкусные 🤤 Очень много иностранцев. Я отмечала день рождения, комнату украсили очень красиво за доп плату)
Отель не самый новый, лежаки, мебель в номере кое-где пошкрябанные, но, в целом, это не проблема, тк чисто везде

Депозит в размере 6000аед удерживается 4 рабочих дня, и дополнительно взята оплата за проживание. Звонил 5 раз но персонал обещал, ускорить разблокировку, но ничего не сделал. Просьба перезвонить игнорируется. У нас с супругой остались негативные эмоции.

تعامل ورُقي الموظفين زاد جمال الاوتيل جمـال، الغرف والمرافق كانت جدًا نظيفه ورائحتها جميله وكذلك الروم سيرفس كانو ينظفو الغرف مرتين باليوم وفي حال ماكنت موجود بالغرفة مايدخلون لخصوصيتك وهذا الشي عظيم بالنسبه لي!

Das Park Hyatt ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit gelungener Poollandschaft, die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und sauber. Mit Strandhotels in Städten ist das ja so eine Sache, viel Strand ist da meistens nicht. Das ist beim Park Hyatt anders. Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig, das Wasser war geradezu karibisch türkisfarben und sauber. Viele Liegen am Stand und am Pool, daher war immer eine verfügbar. Gelegentlich kommt am Strand ein Mitarbeiter vorbei und verteilt kostenlose Wasserflaschen. Das Hotel ist kein Riesenturm, es hat nur wenige Stockwerke. Es ist, wie ein paar weitere benachbarte Luxushotels auch, auf der Saadiyat Halbinsel gelegen. Anders als bei vielen anderen Ressorts in Abu Dhabi oder Dubai hat man damit am Strand kein Häusermeer direkt hinter sich, sondern nur das Ressort, und sonst viel Sand (und Golfplatz) drumherum. Einige wenige Wolkenkratzer der Stadt sind vom Strand aus zwar zu sehen, aber doch weit entfernt. Von daher kommt ein gewisses Strandfeeling auf und man kann das Hotel gut als Baderessort nutzen, insbesondere für einen Stopp-Over vor dem Weiterflug in andere asiatische Länder, so wie wir das gemacht haben. In 15 Minuten ist man für ca. 50 Dirham (ca. 13 Euro) mit dem Taxi in der Abu Dhabi Mall, wo man günstig und gut essen kann.
Luxuriös und daher insgesamt natürlich nicht billig. Auffällig ist dann aber doch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in den Restaurants: An der Strandbar (und auch in den Hotelrestaurants, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben), zahlt man teilweise Mondpreise. Für zwei Gin-Tonic und eine Wasserpfeife haben wir rund 70 Euro gezahlt.

Przepiękna, czysta plaża z krystalicznie czystą wodą. Wyśmienite jedzenie, duży wybór, bardzo dobra jakość (wybraliśmy opcję z bufetem zarówno na śniadanie jak i na kolację). Obsługa bardzo dba o gości- w ciepłe dni donosi chłodną wodę, lody, pyta czy czegokolwiek potrzebujemy. Proces zameldowania i wymeldowania sprawny. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani, widać że komfort klienta w tym hotelu to priorytet.

Абсолютно все! Я была во многих отелях но здесь полный шик! Просторные современные номера, чистота везде и приятный запах, релакс тихая музыка. Еда самая вкусная что я пробовала и самая разнообразная. Масса комплиментов от отеля. Бесплатно добавили завтрак, вино в номер фрукты сладости в номер в подарок. Пляж чистый просторный много лежаков, нет толкучки публика приличная. Я в восторге я открыла для себя сеть Hyatt! Теперь буду ездить только в эту сеть. Стоит каждого потраченного рубля. Сравниваю с Риксос, Адресс, JA, Anantara. Вы лучшие!

Отдыхали семьёй (7 человек) второй раз. Приехали повторно, так как всё очень понравилось в первый раз. Уютный общий ресторан, прекрасный пляж, великолепное море. Очень комфортные бассейны для отдыха с детьми. Хочется отметить прекрасную и профессиональную русско-говорящую девушку Фаризод, которая помогла нам со всеми возникающими вопросами. Очень хороший парень в баре у бассейне Bastin. Молодой человек с рум сервиса Ajay ночью для плачущего ребенка принес заказ и даже чаевые не хотел брать (пусть только ребенок успокоится).
Но в этот приезд нам в первый же день девушка Palak в ресторане на завтраке грубила, с недовольным лицом ручкой тыкала в меню, бесконечно отвлекаясь с другой официанткой, была очень недовольна, что мы не можем быстро определиться с выбором (нас 7 человек). Мы интеллигентно промолчали и далее старались садиться в зоне, где она не обслуживала. Но за два дня до окончания отдыха она нас "нашла" - на ЧЁТКУЮ просьбу принести кашу ребенку без фруктов, она даже не слушала, принесла, не глядя поставила кашу с полной тарелкой фруктов. После нашей претензии отелю, её извинения больше были похожи на клоунаду. Она стояла смеялась, затем подошла сказала, что ей очень жаль. Далее веселье её продолжилось.
Это очень испортило нам настроение. Отель высокого уровня, соотношение цена-качество должны соответствовать, помимо проживания, мы потратили в отеле около 8 тыс. $.

Personeel zeer vriendelijk, zwembaden en strand schoon. Volop badhanddoeken aanwezig. Goede bedjes bij de zwembaden en op het strand. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Alle soorten koffie, thee eitjes etc. te bestellen die uitgeserveerd worden.
Dat mensen die roomservice bestellen hun half legen borden op de gang terugzetten. Trekt ongedierte aan. Voorstel om een deksel te gebruiken en dienblad op de kamer te laten.

Belle Chambre spacieuse, très propre avec une vue partielle sur mer. Le balcon est bien aménagé pour bien profiter de la vue.
Le personnel est disponible et aux petits soins des clients. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions du personnel( décoration de la chambre pour notre anniversaire de mariage, des petits mots, service …)
Le petit déjeuner est très varié , de très bonne qualité.
La plage est très belle, bien aménagée, des transats à disposition.
Le beach club est sympa, la nourriture est très bonne.
Très bon rapport qualité /prix.
Je recommande et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Понравилось абсолютно все, с самого момента бронирования и заселения до выезда из отеля. Ужины в главном ресторане это просто что-то невероятное, креветки, лобстеры, стейки и все это делают на гриле. Пляж шикарный. Огромное спасибо Кристине, за поддержку и понимание нашей ситуации! Подробно все буду рассказывать в своем блоге!
Живем в Дубае, на выходные решили съездить в Абу-Даби, отметить нашу с женой годовщину. Выбрали другой отель, по приезду выяснилось что нам понизили категорию номера, территория маленькая, и совсем не понятно как пользоваться отелем, так как нам даже не рассказали про него ни чего на ресепшене. Отель тоже не из дешевых, но отношение такое, что как будто заселился в санаторий звездочка на черноморском побережье. Мы выселились через 20 минут. Нервы были уже на пределе, не хотелось портить мини-отпуск, поэтому спешно забронировали этот откль, который ранее, не был доступен для букинга, как выяснилось позже, из-за сбоя в системе. При бронировании, я описал всю ситуацию что у нас произошла, со мной сразу вышла на связь администратор Кристина, сказала чтоб мы не переживали и что они нас ждут. По приезду на стойке регистрации, помимо рецепционистов, нас встретили 2 человека администрации, которые радостно нас поприветствовали, немного нас успокоили, и начали всячески помогать нам спасти наш отпуск. Нам дали ваучеры на напитки, бесплатно повысили категорию номера, в номере нам оставили конфеты, фрукты и вино, а на годовщину принеслил тортик и ведерко со льдом. Это был самый невероятный отдых в самом лучшем отеле. Я много путешествую, и знаю о чем говорю! Спасибо!

We just LOVED everything! the premises were very clean with very nice smell everywhere. There was very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The beach was amazing. The guests were quiet and respectful of each other. The personnel was friendly and always at service. Amazing place to take a break from everyday life!
