It was terrible experience for me. I stayed here for 7 nights and my room thermostat wasn’t working so it was always too cold, so I had to turn off the AC. Despite of complaints, it was not attended and never got solved. The staff was rude and hopeless. To make the situation worse, there was renovation going on in the hotel and half of the hotel area was inaccessible. The staff didn’t have courtesy to accommodate any of your reasonable requests like asking for drinking water glasses in the room.

We checked in with Nadine, who was so nice and insured we got connected rooms as per our request for us and our kids. Unfortunately, though the entrance to the hotel is very messy and confusing from the streets so when you are reaching close to it to keep a close eye where to go pool was OK although the smaller size, but the lifeguards were very aggressive and rude with the kids most of the time. Breakfast is massive as usual Hotels you can find anything you would like to. They were all an average level although they are overpriced. rooms were clean all the time and needed services where provided in a very quick manner

Great location for visiting the Grand Mosque and Ferrari World. Lots of great restaurants along the mains to choose from and breakfast in the hotel was amazing however cocktails were a little over priced

Hotel within close proximity of the racing circuit, situated on Yas plaza. Beautiful pool and excellent restaurant. This hotel serves one of the best breakfasts you will have with an extremely wide choice of international foods. Really good quality. Tip: don't sit outside as the service there leaves room for improvement. The standard room was spacious and clean. Compared to your regular European or American hotelroom, the room is definitely above standard, and it has all the regular amenities you'd expect. What I particularly liked is that some of the powersockets can handle european plugged devices, so no adapter necessary. The pool is eloquent and unique but the seating around it is too limited for the size of the hotel. Finally one minor negative: although checkout was at noon, at 11am we couldn't re-enter the room as both our keycards were already deacrivated. Check in ok, room sink was plugged shut and I waited 4-5 hours to fix that. Wall electrics didn't work. Kettle was broken. Buffet meal was a poor choice and without taste. We ate a starter then left. Excessive noise in the corridors then I had to argue with neighbours to stop shouting.

Rooms are business like and a bit out dated- toliet seat broken in bathroom. Pool is nice, however sun loungers require an update. Cyan beach is a 10 min walk away or a golf cart- no bar or restaurant at Cyan beach. Staff very friendly, breakfast nice and stills restaurant offers good fare. Yas waterfront is a ten min walk away and lots ofgpod restaurants.

I've stayed at several places on Yas Island and this hotel was gorgeous. Very polite and helpful staff, great breakfast, very happy with my stay. I come into town 2 or 3 times a year, and I will stay here again.

I was a little disappointed with the front desk agent who checked me in. He was very dismissive when I asked about the facilities amenities, and refused to acknowledge my IHG status when I gave him my membership number for the points rewards. He did not even attempt to check in the computer I was told it will be applied later

My room was very tired and in need of renovation. The sliding patio doors were stiff and extremely difficult to open and close. The veneer was starting to come off the furniture. And every time I used the shower the bathroom floor ended up saturated. All fundamental things that should not happen at a top hotel.

General level of service in this hotel was disappointing from the welcome at reception to the service at breakfast. Bar service on our first night was terrible. This feels more like a three star hotel. A lot of avoidable customer service issues. Won’t be back. Try the Radisson next door!

I have stayed at this hotel of and on for approximately 10yrs as I always enjoy the comfortable bed and spacious room with the balcony and the pool area never seems over-crowded. Breakfast has often been its least attractive feature in the past, but I am pleased to say it is much improved now with more staff and hence more attention and better service given to customers. The range of food is still very good but it seems to be better prepared and the hot food remains hot (rather than sometimes cold/warm in the past). This is my favourite Yas Island hotel and I have stayed in them all. Very nice customer service at the front desk and the cleaning staff were always courteous and good at their jobs. Good food and drink options and you can always pop into adjacent hotel bars and restaurants for a change also.

If you book a suite, as we did, don’t make the mistake of thinking that the sofa will convert into a bed. It doesn’t, and so we had to organise a roller bed - not particularly suitable for our 15 year old son. Also, be aware that the hotel is in the airport flight path. Apart from that everything went well with our stay. The hotel is very convenient for all major attractions on Yas Island.

The stay was comfotable. The property is clean and well maintained. Only one thing bothered us: The rooms were provided with Single use plastic glasses for water. When I requested for Glass glasses, I was charged for the same, which was surprising & disturbing.

The place was ok not the the standard expected from a 4 star. The staff were not friendly. Had to wait for 1.5 hrs for checkin as room was not ready. The room given was the worst room and on top of that not complete clean.
