The place to stay in Byron Bay

Location, room amenities and layout, the resident dragons, very easy place to stay.

The shower heads need replacing. The transition between bathroom tile floor and others is sharp, it should be a sloaped or rounded profile. Internet was glitchy.

The apartment was very nice, beautiful and clean. Also the location was very convenient, being very close to the beach and Main Street. The staff were very friendly and helpful with us, especially the lady at reception who was very kind.

Very enjoyable and relaxing

Excellent 3 bedroom apartment with heaps of space. The complex has great amentities which our family enjoyed. Great to have tea, coffee and other supplies that we didn't have to buy for a short stay.

A fan in the top bathroom could be handy

we loved it and would return again !

We loved how close it was to town and the great facilities it had for families. we loved how we could walk to the beach and town and the great pool and spa.

there was nothing we didn’t like . It was all wonderful.

Enjoyed my stay in Byron

It had the three bedrooms I requested. The rooms were pleasant and facilities good

The pool was in the centre of the resort and.noise of young children echoed up from the pool constantly. Also found all the stairs a bit difficult.

Exceptional

Great location. Lovely well equipped apartment. Friendly, responsive staff. We usually stay elsewhere slightly out of town, but this year we wanted to be closer in. Its location was just perfect for us - a 5 minute walk to both the town and the beach. The apartment was well stocked and everything worked. When you arrive there's a small starter pack to get you going (milk, coffee, tea, soap, washing powder sachet) as well as kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, oilve oil spray, washing up liquid, dishwashing tablets, and Sellophane saving you the need to go and buy them. There are ample crockery and cooking items and proper utensils. Beds are good sizes and we had two bathrooms. There's air con and ceiling fans. There's parking underneath. And a communal barbecue. Apartments either face Shirley Road or back onto the rear and the old railway line. But all apartments had a terrace out front and to the rear and all look into the centre where the pool is - great if you want to keep an eye on kids. It was a very friendly place and management was so helpful.

Very little. There's no lift so if that's important for mobilty reasons, request a ground floor. The pool is quite small so not really suitable for lap swimming, but the ocean is minutes away as is a public pool.

One night stays are NOT honoured

Unable to answer as our stay was cancelled.

We didn't get to stay as Outrigger staff refused to honour the 1 night booking available on multiple websites. As a result, our stay was cancelled by Outrigger a day before the trip and as we could not find something else suitable for our needs we ended up driving to and from our event instead.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations, right in town, walking distance to everything, warm pool, clean spacious apartment that had everything you could possibly need and more. Will be booking again soon !

Very comfortable accommodation, we loved the pool and spa and proximity to town and the beach.

The location is perfect, close to town (5 minute walk) we did the walk daily with little kids and no problems

Apartments facing the front, main road, noisy. Nothing double glazing wouldn't fix. I'd stay again with no reservations, apart from NOT front road
