Enjoyable

Great location and comfortable

No egg flip provided and the bed was saggy and uncomfortable (probably needs replacing)

Was a great short stay for someone for someone’s first time to Byron bay great way to spend a birthday:)

Location was good as it was within walking distance to the beach and Main Street of Byron bay. Room was clean and really comfortable pillows!

Only a minor thing but The tv in the lounge had a weird blue tinge that we couldn’t fix in the settings

Comfy bed close to beach, living room not so nice

The apartment was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and sheets very nice quality. Location was close to the center and the beach. It was handy to have a kitchen and fridge for breakfast and snacks. TV with Netflix etc.

The living room was otherwise nice, but the chairs and sofas were worn-out and cushions smelled bad. I recommend the propriotor should change them. The wifi was extremely slow, so I couldn't work on my computer. When I arrived the toilet smelled like pee, but when I complained about it the staff person was very nice and immediately took care of it, so that was very nice service which I appreciated.

Would stay again

Would definitely stay there again! * 5 minutes walk to the main street * Very safe location amongst other resorts so people were walking to and from at all hours Clean room * Organisation of keys left for us to collect * Communication before we arrived, during our stay and after we left * Very green, lots of well maintained plants and greenery * Main walkway washed down daily * Air con left us feeling comfortable as we walked in each day * Nicely decorated * Fridge and freezer with ice blocks * Comfortable furniture on balcony * Microwave in room * Plenty of lighting * Very clean bathroom, no mould anywhere * Broom supplied if cleaning needed to be done * Towel rack to dry clothes * Towel warmer in bathroom * Decent amount if hangers * Friendly staff * Lots of resort info * Lots of Byron Bay pamphlets in the foyer * Laundry use for all guests * Iron and table supplied

* Bed, pillows and couch were uncomfortable * Doonah not needed, coverlet would suffice * Free clean towels should be supplied every 3 days * Beach towels should come with the room, not have to pay extra for them * An umbrella could be included in the room for rainy walks to the main street * Pool extremely small and right outside other rooms so feel the need to be quiet

could be amazing.

we had a lovely pool view the pool was fab and a proper warm hot tub was a real treat the room was really cool and the temperature easy to control. it was very spacious and parking was easy

the fridge was insanely small-like hotel mini bar size which is useless for a self catering apartment. this alone means we would never go back everything was charged extra-$5 for beach towels, $10 for laundry, even charged for extra bath towels than one each. All things we would usually find free at other places. the lighting in the apartments was very white and stark like a waiting room. the bed was tiny, just a regular double the curtains didn’t close properly which meant a lot of light came in in the mornings.

Overpriced and unclean

The location was great, we could leave the apartment and walk straight into town straight away.

Not impressed with the level of price gouging and cleanliness of the motel. We paid almost $400 a night for multiple nights. If we wanted anything from an extra towel to coffee packets, we were required to pay overpriced fees. No cleaning or servicing at all. It turned out my partner did need an extra bath towel and they even screwed us on that, charging me $5 as opposed to the advertised $3. At the end of the day, it's small amounts but we felt taken, it's the principle. Clear price gouging and lazy management. Also, floors were slimy like they cleaned them with lard, I had to put on shoes as soon as I stepped out of the shower.

Brilliant place to stay, great location and great apartment

Location is perfect, beds are incredibly comfy and the outdoor space our room had was perfect, excellent value for money and I would stay there as my first choice again

The indoor seating area wasn't practical, the chairs tipped forward and they were to big for the space

Great location and spacious unit

Our unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, we were in a unit at the back of the property and it was very quiet.
