Disappointing, seems to serve a lot of groups, and therefore impersonal

Great location and views.

Most impersonal service during our whole Morocco trip. Pool needs some maintenance. Food and breakfast not impressive, we bought a pizza in town instead. Acommodation is very basic.

Good hotel, limited options in this area, comfortable but needs a few updates in some of the chalets

We had a good stay at Hotel Bab Rimal. The pool is excellent. The staff were very helpful. The food and rooms were good.

The paths to the chalet's were very rough and need to be renovated. The buffet food was not covered properly allowing flies to land on the food.

beautiful property and well run. great location and incredible pool setting.

flies on food. it was really awful. While difficult to control, they really need to invest in food coverings and fly deterrents. if this is addressed, we would give it 10 stars.

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms, lovely pool.

They need to improve their drinks options in the bar. More juices, soft drinks. We had to choose between coke, Diet Coke or water!

Lovely Room with a beautiful setting. lovely pool area with plenty seating. Dinner was amazing. Breakfast exceptional.

WiFi signal was poor unless you were in the lounge. A problem if you need to plan next hotel, book next hotel, plan route etc and want to do so in your room.

Arrived with a group late, we was checked in and evening meal sorted in a quick and efficient manner, overall an excellent stay on the edge of the Sahara Desert

here should be more comfort for the price.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the rooms are great, the service very nice. The breakfast was also very good.

On booking, the hotel suggested an alcohol bar, but we were refused a beer. The price for the room is high, but there were no bath lotions, lotions, shampoos in the rooms.

It's annoying when you are a woman traveling alone to be hassled by the staff. No place to sit outside one's room.
