Un séjour gâché par un personnel d'accueil pitoyable

La vue sur l'océan (mais j'avais payé pour) L'emplacement proche de la plage. Il y a des taxis devant l'hôtel pour nous emmener à la marina : 20dh pour un petit taxi et 50 dh pour un grand taxi.

Le "je m'en foutisme" permanent du personnel d'accueil ... nous avions une suite pour 5 personnes. Il y avait une grande chambre avec un grand lit double par contre les trois lits simples sont dans le salon. Pas de surprise jusque-là mais quand nous avons demandé à pouvoir avoir les lits faits, nous avons eu la désagréable expérience de devoir nous-même faire les lits à presque minuit...malgré trois demandes pour que les lits soient fait, rien n'avait bougé. Le personnel est pitoyable ...l'explication : ce sont les femmes qui font le lit et elles ne sont pas là... le monsieur à lunettes qui gérait les nuits puisque qui s'en fu hait complètement m'a recommandé de laisser un avis négatif sur Booking pour que la direction se rende compte qu'il y a un problème... magnifique ! Ensuite, dès qu'on leur demande quelque chose, vous avez l'impression de les déranger en permanence... Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant mais il est regrettable que lorsqu'il manque quelque chose et qu'on leur demande trois fois s'ils vont en remettre , que le personnel vous reponde 3 fois oui et qu'en definitive il ne se passe rien...c'est très agaçant. Là aussi, le personnel se fiche complètement du client...

Hôtel très accueillant et chaleureux

Les services proposés et l'équipe qui gère l'hôtel sont au top Le restaurant avec des plats variés et très bons Le petit déjeuner très varié aussi et avec un bon rapport qualité prix La proximité à la plage Le gardien La piscine

L'isolation complètement absente Le bruit dehors mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, c'est les boîtes de nuits à proximité Quelqes couverts et deux trois choses à demander plusieurs fois pour que ce soit corrigé mais c'est pas grand chose Le micro onde et la bouilloire étaient dans un mauvais état Les rideaux étaient vieux et sales

Dans l'ensemble c'est bien

La piscine, la salle de bain, la chambre, la propreté, la vue sur l' océan, belle hotel,la musique d'ambiance dans les haut parleur a la piscine

Les casseroles dans un très mauvais état,blanchatre et rouillé, le frigo qui n'est pas dutout a la hauteur de la suite,, assez loin du centre ville, le wifi qui se déconnecte a certain moment, la petite télé en plus très éloignée du canapé, pas de machine a laver

Not good!

After checking in we weren’t given much information about breakfast timings or pool information. Fridge was not working asked reception to get looked at was told engineer will but no one came to sort that out. Next day we went out and cleaners took my sons brace elastics off table and binned them!!! I went to receptionist and was told I shouldn’t have left them on table!! Nothing was done about it for 3 days!! I then asked another receptionist who kindly called every orthodontist to find out if they have the bands.lucky she found someone who then delivered and i was charged for bands and delivery! Hotel took no responsibility! On day 4 we had no toilet paper and i had to ask the receptionist 3 times to be given some! Breakfast was minimum.

Rude male receptionist and very unhelpful Not much choice for breakfast.

Disappointing.

Kitchenette, veranda, clean, location 5 minute walk from beach

80% of the time NO WiFi…ZERO. Staff non responsive when called despite promising “ send technician” asap. When I had chat at desk upon checkout they smiled sheepishly and said “we know”. Music at pool blasts all day and from inside room one can’t block it out. Many of the kitchen staff were grumpy. Except for the lead man.

Liked the cleanliness and permanent availability of food

Pool closed too early and was asked to leave. Not great facilities to book tours. No connections - just told to catch taxi outside. One taxi driver just dumped us in town when we refused to go to his friends hamman! Felt a bit abandoned there - Agadir is not a great place to stay. Prefer Essouira, which is far friendlier and picturesque. But the hotel was clean.

Good value for the money

The best customer service! Nice and clean rooms with a nice pool and restaurant dining area. Staff sorted us a room out in the space of 5 minutes after we decided not to stay in Argana Agadir Hotel

Nice small hotel , located 5 min from beach and 1o min to town. It comes with breakfast which is value for money. Staff was friendly, clean room and swimming pool. After all, this hotel is good if you not looking for luxury as you have lots of excursion available outside the hotel which is really worthy; e.g mini sahara, mini marakech, pararadise valley etc.. We even had a private tour guide called Miki.

very comfortable, basic. very loud around 12 midnight to 3 am. a lot of shouting and slamming doors.

very local and near the beach and restaurants.

very basic equipment. needs a little upgrading. when showering, water would leak out the shower to the floor. floor was sometimes left dusty. sofa covers need upgrading.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely. Well located, right next to the beach. Safe.

Some of the plates and cups were a bit old and worse for wear. The shower was leaky. There was a small door in the bathroom that opened to a pipe and wouldn't close properly. No safety deposit box in the room. Noise from downstairs would travel up to the room.

Good location near to the beach and a lovely sheltered pool.

The room was very spacious and had everything I needed. Lovely to have a balcony to sit out on and also to have the pool, which was a great sun trap for that winter sunshine.

The room was slightly noisy from the people staying above me, dragging furniture across the floor, and a child I think playing games on the floor.

great apartment at a good price

apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. it’s cleaned regularly by the cleaners as well. Beneath you have a mini market and a restaurant with good good at good price. just cross the road to the beach.

nothing much, possibly the location is a bit far from supermarkets and good restaurants.
