לא אהבנו את המחיר ששילמנו ביחס לשירות שקיבלנו, בלי ארוחת בוקר ומאוד יקר, לא מאוד מפואר או משהו בסגנון הכל ביפנית, לא ברור

早晚的自助餐非常豐盛及好食！房間面積好大，夠寬敞！最吸引是有位於別館的無敵溫泉「湯之里」及位於本館的巨型溫泉池，基本上浸足兩日都不會悶，人多也不怕

Excellent property, responsive hosts

Very responsive host! We sent a few questions and received almost immediate responses. They also left us some snacks in the kitchen, so appreciative of that after traveling with 3 children. The house was very clean, and stocked with basic essentials, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, new toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, and trash bags. I have rented in places previously that did not provide those essentials and it was lovely to not have to worry about buying them after our arrival. We stayed in late June/early July and the air conditioning kept the house very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and staying in a hotel would've meant booking 2 rooms (with no guarantee of adjoining rooms), this property was spacious, my kids were all upstairs, and it cost less than a hotel that could accommodate us. The 7-11 is a 3-minute walk from the property, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The train station is about a 10-minute walk, and very close to a Family mart. The property is in a less tourist populated part of town, which was great for a more local experience, and less crowds. Pretty centrally located by train to most places, 30-60 min train ride to major tourist spots. We also spent a day at Tokyo Disney Sea, about 1 hr 20 min train ride there.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay at this property.

Private Onsen. Private room. Great relaxing experience in Hakone.

When traveling we were not sure about being able to book a dinner time. Found that we were unable to book a traditional dinner seating the day of and other than an expensive buffet not many other food options were provided for dinner.

El hotel es muy acogedor y la habitación tenía de todo, la bañera en la terraza es espectacular. Después de varios días andando por Japón pudimos relajarnos en este maravilloso lugar. El entorno es muy agradable y pudimos pasear por el pueblo y disfrutar el paisaje.

La habitación tenía un poco de olor, pero en el armario había un spray para quitar un poco los olores.

Médiocre... à éviter.

Le style "typique" de la chambre

La chambre n'était pas très propre. Beaucoup de moustiques/araignées à l'intérieur. Personnel qui fait comme s'ils ne comprenaient pas lorsqu'on remonte les problèmes. Le bain onsen dans la chambre n'en est pas un. C'est simplement une vieille baignoire, le bois autour était moisi. A 250 euros la nuit on s'attend à bien mieux que ça.

Ottimo per un’esperienza relax in stile giapponese

Struttura ottima! Per sbaglio abbiamo prenotato la camera standard e durante il check in ci hanno dato la possibilità di variare la nostra prenotazione. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera con vasca privata e stile giapponese. Completa di tutto ciò che può servirti (piastra, phone, creme, saponi ecc). Forniscono anche kimono e classico pigiama giapponese per vivere l esperienza al 100%. Buffet ricchi e gustosi, sia per la cena che la colazione. Letti comodi e finalmente una stanza spaziosa e pulita. Personale molto gentile, non parlano benissimo inglese ma si fanno capire. L hotel offre anche altri servizi la sera come una sala karaoke e sala giochi. Le Onsen sono 2, quella dell’hotel più piccolina e quelle pubbliche più grandi (consiglio di farle entrambe, se dovete scegliere vi consiglio quelle pubbliche). Per arrivare dalla stazione c’è una navetta shuttle che fa avanti e indietro.

Friendly staff but hot room

1. Staff are friendly and really helpful. If they can't speak English, they even have a voice translator 0-0 2. Room is big and nice with yukata provided. 3. Bathroom toiletries are well equipped. 4. There's like a gaming area connected? I didn't go but it was on the map. 5. Onsen is conveniently linked.

1. NO AIRCON. Even though the room advertises to have air con, I did not feel it at all and there is no air con control. There is only a button to turn off/on a heater. We had to request for a fan and even then it was not enough to cover the entire room so most of my friends were very uncomfortable at night. When asking the staff, the only thing they said was to open the window, but there was no breeze and its quite creepy at night to open the window. 2. Bathroom is quite small but I think that's fairly normal for Japan? 3. Bus stop not very convenient. If you are not catching the shuttle bus, the nearest public bus stop is 5-10min away UP A HILL. Not recommended for those carrying large luggage's. But there are some very nice Sakura trees on the way.

少し歩いたけれど、別館のお風呂はよかったと思う。温泉気分が味わえた。

夜の食事（バイキング）はイマイチと感じました。料金的にやむを得ないかと思いますが。朝は朝食らしくて、よかったですけど。

Perfect perfect perfect

The best hotel I have ever been. Amazing and beautiful location along the river. Near the amenities and stations. The staff were the kindest: they even gave me a bday present. The room was gorgeous: spacious and very comfortable (Japanese style). The onsen is awesome and will bring you peace.

Fabulous!

Walkable from station if you don’t have heavy luggage. Great private onsen for me and my husband. Great breakfast and dinner buffet catering to Asian and Western taste. Big room.

Excellent onsen stay!

Excellent private onsen bath tub in our room! Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. The room had lots of thoughtful touches and the onsen was great.

Very helpful and friendly staff, all toiletries provided for, large rooms and onsen on site

Aircon was hard to control, facilities were a bit old, the shuttle bus isn’t really frequent so if you have large luggage, be prepared to wheel it all the way down to the station yourself as taxis are hard to book

A good and comfortable stay

The rooms are really spacious. The view from our room was fantastic. We could use the Yuno Sato Onsen for free.

The rooms are a little bit old and need some renewal. Besides that everything was fine.

部屋、大浴場が清潔だった。食事は普通でした。部屋が良かった分、期待していたので残念でした。

部屋のお風呂のシャワーのボタンが分かりづらくて苦労した。洗面所の段差があって高齢者には大変。

Onsen agréable dans un cadre magnifique

Très jolie chambre spacieuse avec vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons bien profité du Onsen Yume no Sato et pas mal de choix au petit déjeuner

Nous avons essayé de réserver un taxi pour le lendemain matin, faute de disponibilité, on nous a conseillé de nous rendre à la station à pied. Nous avons finalement pris le bus au pied de l'hotel mais c'est dommage de ne pas l'avoir mentionner.

Wish I stayed for a week

Massive family room, really spacious. Great vibe. Onsen was magically, felt fantastic after a bath. Food was absolutely delicious, huge variety of Japanese dishes. Very friendly staff. The views are gorgeous. Breakfast then a quick onsen foot bath is the perfect way to start the day. Loved that they gave traditional kimonos for all guests.

Hotel looked a little bit dated. Like it was still in 1990. Would be nice if it was a little more modern.

not quite what we thought it would be

It was a traditional authentic experience of a Japanese bath stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast were the best part of the stay as it gave us a glimpse into Japanese culture and sample a lot of new things.

it was quite expensive for what it was. hotel is very old and not comfortable for a family of 4. Public baths meant you had to be with other same sex guests and enter bath without any clothes, something our family wasn’t comfortable with. we opted for a private bath for additional fee. Overall, not a great fit for our family and the price was quite high.

Nice stay in Hakone

Location, size of the rooms, onsen, breakfast, facilities.

Hotel looks old and rooms smell a bit old as well, but everything was very clean. Kids (18 and 16) loved it though.

Lovely stay out of the city

The room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Amazing hot tub on the terrace. Very good buffet, a lot of choices. The staff was very kind. The chef made special Tempura for me when he heard I was Gluten Free, that was so nice!

The buffet didn't have much GF options unfortunately, and we had a lot of trouble finding the private Onsen we booked so we payed the full price but only got to do half the time because we couldn't find the place! It's in a different building but it's written in Japanese only

Location was great, nice and quiet. I loved the yukatas and slippers provided for us to wear. We also had a massage at the hotel spa and it was fantastic. Foot spa was lovely

Interesting Japanese room. Excellent Onsen in neighboring building.

Tatami is not very comfortable to sleep on, but with two mattresses it was OK. Room had a bad smell. Breakfast buffet had quite strange options for Western taste.
