Perfekt für unseren Wochendtrip

Die Lage war absolut perfekt. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß besichtigen. Auch Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gastgeber hatte sogar eine Mappe mit Tipps auf den Tisch gelegt.

Overall good earplugs we had helped a little with foot noise but not with the chair noise.

Location to most attractions

Excessive noise from apartment above starting at 10pm every night and Friday & Saturday it went till 4:30 am. Worst was the scraping of the kitchen chairs and heavy footsteps which reverberated in the bedroom. Felt tips on bottom of chairs would have help some. No fault of fault of the host though.

Ideal para tus vacaciones

El alojamiento está muy céntrico, limpio y muy bien equipado. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.

Lo que menos nos gustó es que está poco insonorizado, pero aún así es un apartamento perfecto para ir a pasar tus vacaciones o fin de semana. Lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda

It was clean and we had everything we need.

They could spend more on the interior and more light in the bathroom.

Great apartment and location

Comfortable beds, central location, super clean and had everything you needed. Host was also responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here next time we come to Valencia.

Would come again!

Cleaning, change of linen and towels was very frequent. The location of the appartment was very good and the host very helpful with any kind of questions (incl. airport transfer).

I recommend Casa Cosy to everyone who wants a quiet and central place to stay, as well as special treatment for guests! Extremely clean apartment, comfortable beds, with everything you need in the kitchen ncluding coffee, tea and other essentials! Thank you, Koen!

Perfect location for our family.. Excellent communication before and during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. There was a supermarket close by to pick up essentials.

Very good value

The staff was very very helpful and nice. The location is awesome as well. The kitchen is well equipped. You'll have everything you'll need.

lovely apartment in a great location.

Great location and lovely apartment. Close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk from the bus station so no need for expensive taxis. Very well organised by the owner. Check in and check out was very easy and well organised. We would definitely use this apartment again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The pillows were very lumpy.

Really good value for money, great location, and extremely helpful host.

Excellent pre-arrival info from host and throughout our stay. Able to leave bags in a lockup cupboard at the premises. Fantastic location - all round goodness thank you :-)

Great time at Casa de Cozy. Would definitely use them again.

What a great location and a fabulous room for our week long stay in Valencia. So close to everything in and around the city. Had a great time. Wonderful people to communicate and work with. Would highly recommend

Interior room so window views aren’t there but location is amazing. Two flights of steps if that is difficult for you. We had no issues.

Valencia is a favourite now. so much to see and beautiful walks and people

it was super clean and comfortable. the extra touches appreciated. a great location

the shower head. for a terrific apartment the shower head couldn’t tilt so the water went everywhere. I Wouk’s t want the floor to get damaged.

Great location close to what you want to see.

The location was great and the unit had everything we needed. We were surprised to find out the property was close to the FSU campus in Valencia and were able to visit while on our trip.

Good value for the price and location.

The location is one of the best in the city center. Surrounded by historical buildings and landmarks, a couple of steps to more history, and close enough to local food and drinks. Some group travelers will appreciate the fact that one of the rooms has shower and toilet separated.

The building doesn't have elevator (in case you need one, look elsewhere).
