Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehmen für unseren Städtetrip.

Frühstück war super und sehr lecker. Die Auswahl war sehr gut.

Die Sky Lounge Bar war nicht geöffnet. Erklärung vom Personal --> die Bar ist in den nächsten Tagen für private Veranstaltungen gebucht. Komisch war aber, dass keine Veranstaltung an allen 3 Tagen stattfand.

Ci tornerei

Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono. La colazione é stata superlativa e le camere erano pulite, moderne e dotate di ogni comfort. Accoglienza e check-in veloce, la ragazza preparata e simpatica.

Abbiamo chiesto informazioni sui trasporti pubblici ed il ragazzo della reception ha ben pensato di dirci di cercare su Google Maps, che tra le cose avevo già consultato non senza qualche difficoltà tuttavia a causa della lingua e del posto. Qualche informazione in più sarebbe stata molto utile.

Blízky aquapark a napriek vzdialenosti od centra na recepcii promptne vybavené Taxi za 10 EUR, čo je super. Výborné raňajky .

Tragédiou veľkých hotelov je hlučná klíma, ale človek to asi musí pochopiť.

Wstyd-tej klasy sieciówka- za takie pieniądze- bez klimatyzacji- nie polecam

Hotel to typowa sieciówka. Dużo podróżuję dlatego celowo wybrałem ten hotel licząc na ogólnoświatowe standardy. - śniadania: rzecz smaku i upodobań, moim zdaniem każdy powinien znaleźć coś dla siebie; - czystość w pokojach bez zastrzeżeń, pokoje duże i przestronne- w oddali widać góry ale sam hotel leży w dzielnicy przemysłowej więc dookoła salony samochodowe, galeria, zakłady, droga, autostrada- w zależności jak się trafi. Pomimo tego cicho. Fajną atrakcją jest winda dla samochodów, która wiezie samochód wraz z pasażerami na wolny poziom parkingu pod hotelem. Problem może się pojawić jak zbyt dużo osób chce wyjechać naraz, bo winda do najszybszych nie należy, lub w przypadku pożaru...Obsługa uczynna i bardzo miła

Największą porażką tego hotelu jest klimatyzacja a właściwie jej całkowity brak. Zawsze przed rezerwacją czytam opinie. W 2021 było bardzo dużo negatywnych opinii na temat niedziałającej klimatyzacji. Miałem nadzieję, że hotel przez trzy lata rozwiąże ten problem zwłaszcza, że jest to sieciówka i zechcą zachować renomę. Nic bardziej mylnego. Pomimo, że był to 21 czerwiec było gorąco i duszno. Okna w tego typu hotelach się nie otwierają dlatego przeżyliśmy bezsenną noc męcząc się do rana. temperaturę ustawiliśmy na 5 stopni jednak dało to tylko lekki nawiew. Kolejnym minusem jest woda w pokoju za 2,5 euro. Rozumiem, że barek jest płatny ale wszędzie, włącznie z konkurencją woda, nazwijmy to powitalna, jest bezpłatna- tutaj tylko dla klubowiczów. Do tego po przyjeździe hotel obciąża gości opłatą miejską po 3 euro od osoby. Poduszki mega niewygodne- napompowane, bez możliwości dopasowania. Wg mnie materac też nie najwyższej jakości- jak jedna osoba się poruszy to budzi drugą... Ogólnie mam wrażenie, że centrala nad tym kompletnie nie panuje- chyba, że jest to franczyza zapomniana przez centralę... Parking jak już wspominałem ma windę ale za 15 euro, nieważne czy w środku czy na zewnątrz płaci się tyle samo- drogo- bazują na tym, że nie ma w okolicy gdzie zaparkować. Śniadania jak wspominałem są ok, choć obsługa przy śniadaniach już tak sobie. Na stołach leżą po gościach brudne naczynia, których nikt nie zbiera. Biorąc pod uwagę brak klimatyzacji cena na poziomie 120 euro ze zniżką jest nie współmierna do jakości.

Ideales Hotel für Städtereise nach Ljubljana. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tolles Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, kleine Aufmerksamkeit wie kostenloses Obst und Mineralwasser im Empfangsbereich, günstige Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, gute Busverbindung in die City.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives.

I will back!

After a long time, I was again in Radisson. It was a pleasant surprise. The beds are very comfortable, only I will appreciate one king bed instead of two separate beds. Evritnig is clean, and in place, just don't know why everybody now hid a hair dryer. Breakfast is very good.

The menu for the diner can be better with more varieties. Check-in starts at 3 PM which is late for my taste.

Location is nice but services are really bad

Location was convenient for us with a fancy car elevator

1- Called before and they confirmed that mattress are not very soft and they will anyway adapted it if needed. Results is waiting 3 hours after checking in and sleeping on a mattress on the floor. 2- Asked for an iron at 5pm and checked out next day at 10am without getting it with 6 requests from the room phone or face to face at the reception 3-Breakfast, it looks nice and big variety but unfortunately bad quality of fruits and products I am a radisson member and always enjoyed my stay but this one needs urgently a detailed look

Nice Hotel but far from city centre.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed.

Breakfast was not so tasty, quantity at the expense of quality. It is better to park outside, there is car lift to garage, but in case there are more cars, you need to wait a lot. Bad connection with public transport to get to the city center, it is easier to go by car or by taxi.

Great location next to highway

Modern, clean. Great lobby, big rooms , comfortable beds.

Dogs are allowed for an extra charge, but not even a treat or a bowl for water was provided for the dog.

Modern accommodation

Modern accommodation perfect for those travelling by car. Daily buffet breakfast is great and quite diverse.

As it is not quite near the city center, you need a taxi to move around. The negative point, I would say, would be with the bathroom. Towels need to be renewed imediately as well as hotel policy for amenities offered in it. They were never reseted during our four days at the hotel.
