Groaznic , sauna nici nu poti sa stai , miroase a mucegai , piscina mica , doar 4 sezlonguri

Not a 5.star property. In need of Rehabilitation!

The staff was very responsive! They did the best to help and acomodate.

It was old and dirty, as my pictures show. Damaged furniture and the wallpaper broken. Bathroom was smelling mould and not properly washed.

The hotel staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel and amenities were really modern. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Not worth the money

The pool was good

We booked a suite and it was noisy because the suite was next to the street and there was a lot of noise form the cars, we asked to change room they didn’t car about our complaint they moved us to a normal room and didn’t refund us the money for the suite, why should I move to a normal room when I paid for a suite? The lounge had no food at all we called them many times to bring the food and they didn’t bring anything thing, they were cheap and silly and they were watching us through the cameras to see what we eat and what we took from the lounge. I believe I’m supposed to eat anything I want when I’m paying with my own money the employees money, one of them made a comment about how much I ate!!!! Which was so unprofessional The parking was so expensive 72 lei for one day!!! The times for the gym and the pool open late at 9 am it would have been better if they opened early in the morning

Good position with nice view from top floor swimming pool; NOT good value for money; over-rated

1. Nice location, easy acess to central Cluj 2. Nice pool 3. Good service 4. Room had acess to balcony.

1. Toatally unconfortable bed mostly related to matress protection which does not allow proper ventilation. Very low quality pillows - stuffing meterial was gathered in lumps. 2. Old furniture, old appliences 3. Veniting not working properly

A/C nightmare

- when you arrive the hotel smells so good. - after trying several hotels in Romania, this one was actually customer service orientated and the people were very nice - the wi-fi is amazing - the swimming pool is perfect, the 360 view is a clever idea. - the breakfast is good with a good variety and the staff are incredible. - the rooms have a decent size and all amenities you need - it is located 17 min walking from the old town. - the hotel bar serves good food and amazing portions, the staff is very nice as well. - for the first time on my holidays in Romania, everyone spoke fluent English. - Our flight was quiet late so they allow us to do a late check-out (1pm) for free and they kept our luggage until we are ready to go. - the male receptionist that looked like the manager was incredible and very friendly, always with a smile.

The fact that I haven't given 10 to this hotel was only due to 4 factors: - the main one, there is no A/C only heating. We had to sleep with the window open and so it was so uncomfortable. Almost 30C inside of the room. When I approach the desk they say in the winter they have only central heating. For a 5 start hotel that is absolutely unacceptable at all levels. Not to mention that the hotel advertises that the rooms have A/C. There is 2 options, either you let guests now on the website that your A/C is not working during the Winter or you turn the A/C on, this is a 5 start hotel.... - the pillows are awfull and it is unacceptable in a 5 star hotel that you don't have a second pillow in the wardrobe. We had to ask for an extra 2 pillows and the reply was "we can give you one, we don't have that amount of pillows". The hotel was not full at all, so you want me to believe that you couldn't provide a guest in a 5 start hotel with an extra 2 pillows? - the only female receptionist at the hotel I have to say it was terrible. And unfortunately she stands out comparing to her colleagues. Everyone was nice an exemption of this lady, she was very disengaged, looked like she was always doing you a favour just by speaking with you and she was not welcome at all, I never saw a smile our any pleasant words coming from her. - finally the paid parking. It is a very small park and it is expensive as well. All the hotels I stayed in Romania I never paid for parking. I stayed in another Ramada hotel (same group) in Bucharest (4 star) and the park was free.

Overpromising and not delivering.

Overal the hotel is fine and in a nice location. Breakfast was ok. People were nice. Only the parking was not nearby.

Charging 50€ for the Spa is a complete rip-off, especially if you consider that in their Booking page they say that steam bath is "included" in the price (i.e. it should be for free). Spa & Wellness was the only reason to have chosen this hotel, hence the big disappointment.

Most probably I will come back despite the problems !

The lobby, reception staff, pool area, room view and quiet, warm

Dirty carpet, old furniture, low quality pillows, old TV, the massage was one of the worst - beginner - he really should take some course - unfortunately it is true. Don't forget the card when using elevator - you will be stuck in the elevator and the doors will not open anymore !!!

The restaurant staff,10+.

Limitted floor movement due to card acces only to the floor where you had the room.I understand security ,but when you are traveling with family and you are not on the same floor is not ok.

Homes are relatively big. Location is good for business

Hotel is very old. Staff not very nice. Very cheap even water is not complimentary. Would not recommend
