Superb

Lovely big apartment right in the centre. The underground parking was very useful. Lovely and modern & nicely appointed. Very comfy and all amenities you could want. Would recommend!

The only issue we had was we had confirmed we would be arriving at check-in time (3pm) but the apartment was still being cleaned at 3:20 when we arrived. This meant the key wasn't waiting in the box as the instructions had specified and the cleaner was quite abrupt when we tried to access the room. We ended up having to leave and come back

Overrated

The apartment is large and quite close to the city center.

The cleanliness can be significantly improved. There were stains in the bathroom, kitchen and on the curtains. The block is made of cheap materials and reminds me of the cheap hundreds of blocks built in the sea resorts like Mamaia. The mattress is ridiculously soft and when your partner turns around during the sleep, you will feel every move too. The balcony doors have no mosquito screens so we had some flies as uninvited guests which were very annoying during the morning. The apartment is not sound proof. We heard a lot of noise from outside during the morning. This is worsened by the many airplanes flying above the center of Cluj (I have never seen so many planes flying so low above the center of a large city...but this is not the property's fault of course). So being sound proof is very important. The windows (at least the only one with a mosquito screen) should be left open before a new guest arrives. The air inside stinks when you get inside the apartment. The official policy acocrding to the information provided by the host (the menu in the fridge) is to receive a bottle of water every day for each guest. No replacement after the first day was provided. So: cleanliness, not sound proof, lack of balcony doors mosquito screens, insufficient ventilation, cheap building feeling

Room for improvement

Good location, close to city center, underground parking included in the room rate, spacious apartment.

Perhaps I had some bad luck, receiving probably an apartment that hasn't been cleaned thouroughly for quite a long time. I found spiders in both rooms and quite a few spider webs in the bedroom. The shower area needs as well an update, since many dirty spots were there and also hair was found in the bathroom. With some proper cleaning it could become a very good option in Cluj.

Cozy stay - really enjoyable

Location is quite good as it is within walking distance from the city center (10 minutes walk) and it has an underground parking which is a great plus for Cluj (quite difficult to find available parking spaces and you need to pay every 4 hours if you use public spots). The apartments are equipped with everything that you could possible need or want and are quite modern looking. The rooms are spacious and the whole setup is really cosy.

I suffer from back pain (2 herniated disks) and I found the bed to be unbearably soft which caused some acute pains for me throughout the day. Then again, not everyone has chronic back problems so would still wholeheartedly recommend the property.

Normal and welcoming apartment, clean and large.

Didn't try the breakfast, but the menu looked quite delicious. The apartment was clean and welcoming, had all facilities needed. Communication with host was smooth.

a little bit more attention needed for the toilet would be recommended, but nothing to worry about.

Don't think twice, just book it now!

Absolutely enormous modern apartment, close to the heart of Cluj. Underground parking included. Great wifi, huge balcony - the place was perfect. Felt like a home away from home.

The car park is a little bit tight if you're driving a big car.

a bit disappointed

We liked the no-contact check-in and check-out and the living room and kitchen appliances but we were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom, the bed mattress and the tight underground parking.

the bathroom was not too clean, there were dirty corners and stains on the floor and some hair in the hairdryer holder. the bed mattress was awful, too soft, not comfortable at all. the underground parking was tight and required some skills to park a 4.4m long car. the light was too bright in the living room, too many light bulbs. there are no insect screens either for doors or windows.

It’s located in a very good place, walking distance from city center/market etc, new building, underground parking place, fully equipped with everything you need.

Nothing worth mentioning, everything was quite nice.
