It’s just ok to stay no that excellent place to stay.

The location is not too bad.

The place so much different than what we seen in the pictures.

Just very enjoyable, and I can recommend the take away food from the Italian restaurant 1 minute walk away (in East Hote

Roomy apartment, close to shops, and good restaurants, with good parking. Quiet, good heating, good layout.

There were lots of stairs which would not suit everyone. But for us that was fine.

It was close to the centre

I would assume that the cleaners would have utilised the kitchen tap to clean the sink, which when we arrived, was not secured to the sink. While we could still obtain water from the tap, it flopped around and needed to be held at the base. This is fairly basic maintenance.

Check in staff member was lovely. Lots of storage space and heating was effective for the cold Canberra winter. Location was great and the in room laundry/dryer were welcome additions.

Check out staff were quite unfriendly, I don't expect a monologue or anything but it was very "yep, righto". The patio door couldn't lock from the outside, so even though there was an external gate, we had to go through the front door and traverse around the property to leave the area. The kitchen floor didn't seem to have been mopped.

Location, comfort, quite well equiped, nice friendly welcome. Good secure off street parking.

unfortunately the bed was not great the mattress was old and it gave that rolling into the middle feeling.

Good value apartment so close to both Manuka and Kingston

A very clean good size apartment for the two of us, with a great comfortable bed. Good cooking facilities and likewise for the washing machine and dryer. Being a winter stay, the heating was very efficient and quickly warmed the apartment.

Our apartment was up one level and we found that there was no lighting on the stairway. If the down stair apartments and our apartment had th outside lights on, then there was some vision of the stairs but for older people it's of a struggle. We also thought that the shower rose was lacking a decent spray pattern.

Comfortable apartments, clean and met expectations. Just one night stay walking distance to Restaurants. Friendly staff who helped to carry luggage as no lift to the upstairs floors. Affordable and good value for money.

Ideal location, great value for money and very very helpful and courteous staff.

Being a cooler climate, warmth is a factor in the comfort of both the initial impact getting into bed along with the degree of warmth from the blankets and doona. I did make comment the owner that there seemed like an imitate warmth when first getting under the blanket and doona, which for me was really nice.

Overall I’m ok with everything.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

The unit was spacious modern and clean. All of the utilities were available and the beds were excellent. Even had a swim in the beautiful deep pool. Set in an amazing area close to quality scenery.

Overall we were happy with our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodated us when we had a problem with our dryer

was handy for an overnight stay, price was ok, good facilities. just lacked good cleaning

nice enough place, had everything you need in a place plus extras (washing machine/dryer, hair dryer. close enough to town . great lock up parking.

lack of cleanliness. there was kiss marks on the mirror in second bedroom, 2 glasses had food on inside of them.

Perfect home base away from home!

The apartment was clean, well serviced and perfect for us. The location was excellent, car parking was easy, out of hours access great and the teens loved the pool. TV access with Netflix letting us sign into our own accounts was very handy! Could not be better access to Manuka oval if you needed it. Walking distance to supermarket and lots of eateries. Reception were super helpful with after hours access, and with local knowledge!

There was a hiccup with the washing machine, but that wasn’t an issue for us and reception were having it looked into and we were offered an alternative if needed!
