Easy to communicate with management. Location was amazing, dining, bars, Woolies all at your doorstep. Trams running on both sides of the apartment.

Cockroaches in kitchen!! Couches were badly stained and broken. A very basic apartment.

good value and great sized apartment with everything you need and more

Everything you could want and more was included in the apartment.

The only criticism (if you can call it that ) was that a very small amount of things needed renewing. IE Carpets in living room had a few threads running through them. BUT i have to say other than that the apartment was airy and great value and 5 mins walk to all amenities and bars / restaurants etc to take you straight to Melbourne which was 10 to 20 mins depending on which tram route you took (there were 3 to choose from).

Excellent value for money given the location and size of the accommodation. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Could use updating and some sound proofing on the courtyard side rooms.

the property was very clean on arrival and was well suited for purpose of a week stay big enough for two people. well located area, close walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. staff were always happy to help and responses quick.

Walls were quite thin so you could hear adjacent rooms/surrounding noises.

Window sill outside bedroom window full of dust. So couldn't open as it would enter the room. Extractor on bathroom ceiling looked mouldy..

Nice apartment, plenty of room, comfortable bed. Very helpful concierge. Great location, close to trams.

Despite some short comings I would stay here again because it was good value for money.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and functional. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean and good quality. The location was very good.

The apartment needs a coat of paint; new, clean curtains and new,clean floor coverings.

We were looked after, after problems with our initial room. Were given another room.

Our initial room was noisy due to next doors heatpump compressor. Rattled the whole appartment. Would never have slept. Room was unclean. Did complain and were moved. Photos flattered the place.

Great location... very tired... Need for greater attention to detail..

The location was ideal, perfect for our visit to Melbourne. Good value for money.

Shower difficult for older people. Water slow to drain caused by hair clogging the drain. Crockery and cutlery were inadequate. No cutting board. No wine glasses. Contact peeling of cupboards. Place generally looking very tired. Looked like room was not vacuumed.

Location to St Kilda and the City.

Old tired property - smelt of damp and the carpets outside the bathroom were wet all the time. it had all the things you needed in terms of a kitchen and bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable. It was ok for a space to rest your head but not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

Great location but not good value for money.

In a great location, close to shops, beach, buses and trams. The apartment is ok if you're on a budget and not too fussy. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The apartment needs a refurb. It is tatty, run down and not totally clean. Time to replace those grubby old curtains!
