The accommodation was clean and comfy but why separates the check-in place and the hotel

The mini fridge in the room was full of food

The accommodation was ~20mins walk from the place I checked in, it was super inconvenient to carry a large luggage with me to walk that far, and I was not informed beforehand and it was definitely a shock when I checked in.

the modern atmosphere, bathroom was pearly and nice on the eyes. clean room, and the coffee machine was a plus!

the front curtain was fragile, it fell off as soon as we attempted to draw them down

Won’t stay again

Location & parking

We will not stay at this property again. We booked months in advance, 2 adults and a baby, we were given the one apartment that was on the road side with a tram passing by directly out the front of the 2 bedrooms. There was only another 2-3 cars in the accommodation the whole time so it was clear it was not full. A tram passing by every 3 minutes throughout the whole night waking us and our baby none of us got any sleep. The room smelt from the minute we arrived. The photos on booking.com are definitely not what the property looks like. The sink doesn’t hold water to do dishes. We could hear others in rooms next to us all night. We were told parking was included, then when we checked in had to pay an additional charge. This is way over priced for a tiny little apartment that you get no sleep in and nothing works. Will not be back.

A cozy and clean room in a great location, with secure parking and public transport close by

The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Location is great with the beach promenade around the corner, and tram and bus stop virtually in front of the property. It also comes with secure car parking and the airconditioning worked vey well.

Better snack options. The sandwich in the fridge looked a bit sad, and a few more coffee pods would be helpful, but overall it was fine.

the fact that it is there policy to hold the bond on your credit card for 7 to 10 days after your departure i will not be staying there again there again it is a scam

Enjoyed

We only stayed overnight, but the bed was very comfortable. The coffee was awesome, and the food left in the freezer was what we needed when we got back.

Just the stairs up to our room. But everything else was perfect.

Cute room, nice and updated, good location.

Great location for Albert Park facilities & also a short walk/drive to the ocean. Room was nice and looked as though not long since being updated. We only stayed one night, but room had everything you needed to cook & clean & stay a bit longer if required. Coffee machine, cook top, microwave, kettle, vacuum. Beds were ok. Updated bathroom with a waterfall shower head was lovely.

Limited car parking with first in best dressed made it more difficult that it needed to be. Annoying having to visit a sister property to collect key card. Sofa bed was awful. Air conditioning froze over during the night so had to be turned off. $300 bond is also a bit over the top.

Rooms were dark with little natural light, smelled like smoke slightly and were quite run down. Skirtings falling off walls etc.

I have had better on previous visits

Have stayed a few times. Generally comfortable

No hot water in the evening or the morning. Also a large indentation in the mattress. Very worn out

Great location, easy to find, gated area, quiet BUT fold out sofa extremely uncomfortable.

Great location and quiet. Clean and well appointed.

The fold out sofa for third person was extremely uncomfortable as I could feel every spring in the mattress. Bad nights sleep.

I really enjoyed everything about the stay and would recommend it to anyone, close to beach and tram

The room was very spacious, cleaned daily with attention to detail.

The bed was very soft, that's the only thing that could do with correcting. Perhaps you could gather information from the guest in pre-booking stage to gauge whether they have required needs for soft/firm mattress for an extended stay over and above 2 nights? I also require my $300 to be refunded back onto my card, which has not occurred.

Very disappointing

Booked for three and the second bed was a pull out sofa bed in the living room that was absolutely horrible and not able to be slept on - two of us were forced to sleep on the floor - bathroom had to be accessed through the bed room which was inconvenient and distruptive

Good and would stay again.

Room was small but clean. Bed was super comfortable. Friendly staff, the location was great and the street was quiet.

There was not enough parking and after going out had to find a park on the street upon our return when parking was included in the booking.

comfortable rooms & good location.

check in process…. didn’t realize I had to travel to another location for the key and check in until I arrived at the property. Not ideal when you are not driving with a ubering with luggage. & my key deactivated mid way through the stay.

excellent location, great apartment and helpful friendly staff, good value

location, nice set up, good bathroom (great shower big size for small bathroom) and kitchen, bed was comfortable, surprising quiet for a Friday night which was great, really nice helpful staff
