Disappointing

The beach was nice although could be very windy at times. If you have children there are play/activity areas The food and drinks were reasonably priced and of a decent quality

Very dated everywhere and in need of a refurb. My mattress was full of holes and tears springs were coming through the holes. It was heavily stained and the mattress cover was broken and stained with blood. The mattress was well past its use by date and for the price of the room it was a disgrace you’d get better at the backpackers. The buffet breakfast could benefit from some hot choices.

Amazing! We loved it

Loved the variety of facilities and activities for kids. Staff were so friendly.

The breakfast could have been better. I think some scrambled eggs should have been included or some thing basic like that. I also think the kids club could be improved. We decided not to use as it looked a little run down.

Beach was clean, water crystal clear, beautiful surroundings. The gardens and pathways were always perfect. No litter anywhere. Nothing out of place. Staff - ALL STAFF - were LOVELY! So helpful and kind. Accommodation: beds were very comfortable. Everything clean. Bathroom well stocked of shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser etc...

Felt the bedrooms a little dark at times, not enough natural light. Needed the option of a stronger light bulb in the centre of the room. Breakfast.....there was a lot of yoghurt, pancakes, pastries, cake, some fruit and bread to make toast. Not much for vegetarians.

Location made up for the disappointing accommodation

The beach and location is great.

The room we booked was not the layout we received. We questions the office and they promised to amend but didn't. It made our stay difficult but we managed. Will not be back.

Great fun with our friends so that made it better

Location was great / gardens etc well maintained

Rooms could have been cleaner and better well equipped. No cups/glasses etc cleaned or changed during our stay, so perhaps leave dishwash items and tea towels in the room so we can do that ourselves

Excellent location and super friendly team! perfect for swimming and relaxing.

I loved the location of the resort, which is unbeatable. I also loved the customer service : at every level, we found the team super focused on customer service. The bar, breakfast team, the chefs, the team at the swimming & paddle gear, at reception, our cleaner, and even the accounting department after the stay ! I also like the effort of the hotel, to minimize waste, and the compostable cups and plates in the room. Keep up the great work!

Positioning of room to facility was great for me using a walking stick Domestic Staff awesome and especially at reception Enjoyed the smoko area as it was a away from everything but central for meals and drinks and the beach

Upsetting for my birthday week

Location

Where do I start. Breakfast continental but it’s toast and cereal. We got eggs and bacon for $26 which was 2 boiled eggs & 1 piece of bacon. Advertised that wifi included but then at property it’s Paid. Room itself is very dated especially the 2 bed apartment beachside. We also had a beachfront room which was old and shabby. We also had 2 beachside rooms which were good in size but very dated . I had the pleasure of a cockroach in 7533 - I took a photo. Food offerings poor. Cost expensive. It’s a shame. A real shame because there is so much potential. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend others to stay.

Fantastic location and friendly staff. Wouldn't recommend the food

Great location on the beachfront with clear blue water, white sand and excellent snorkelling. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful gardens, loved reading in the big chairs in the garden next to reception. Enjoyed a massage and facial.

The food was very disappointing - the buffet breakfast was very basic (cereals, white bread, basic spreads, very limited average pastries, a few fruits and some cold meats/cheese) - would not pay to have breakfast included again. The food available from the restaurant for lunch and dinner was again basic and overpriced for the quality. Examples include soggy chips, fish sandwich where fish didn't taste very fresh and was chewy.

Breakfast no options for hot food. very simple even if you order isn't a good option. Room is comfy pretty good mattress and pillows. Shower doesn't have pressure. but is ok. Beach is very close to the room. we stayed on DELUXE, is wonderful! go out from de room 10 steps on the white sand and will be in the water! Kids Club and Kids Activities - our daughter had a really good time. Every day the Hotel offers different activities to keep your child busy. Due Dinner time they offer a Movie time for kids.

Denial of late check out because we flew out at 10.55 pm on the 29 may . Also I thought you might consider our late check in on the first day at around 9.00 pm . We were just hanging around for more 12 hours. Not good.

The location was perfect with the beach right there and all the amenities we needed for our first trip with a baby. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Violet from the restaurant, Kevin from reception and Daisy from the activities hut were especially kind and helpful to us during our stay. It was pretty accessible friendly for us with the pram so we could take it to breakfast and the pool. The cocktails, calamari and pizzas were delicious - we had them multiple times. We purchased a cooked breakfast which was also delicious. The amenities you provide including the snorkel gear and kayaks are wonderful and we really appreciated not having to take any gear over ourselves. The tvs in the room have been updated since our last stay and we liked the wide variety of channels, although some didn’t work. Nice that we had a place to park our car each day and that we could bring it to the entry when it was raining.

The rooms definitely need a bit of an upgrade as they are quite dated. We had many mosquitoes coming through the bathroom and sliding door nets - I got bitten every night even with both doors closed. Our rooms were “tidied” each day but not necessarily cleaned thoroughly. I don’t expect this every day but for staying 10 days I thought the sheets would’ve been changed and the floors properly mopped every few days. Some days we opted to not have it serviced and we swept and wiped it down ourselves. We had breakfast included which was very helpful but again being there for 10 days it was the same thing every day so it would’ve been nice to have a bit of variety with the food. Maybe even some hot options other than pancakes. Some of the other food like the sandwiches and nachos we purchased were pretty average. The communication at the front desk wasn’t very impressive, lots of people were having problems from what we heard. Things like not booking taxis they had arranged, not being told about cancellations of activities due to the weather or organising things with one staff member and the others not being told. So there definitely needs to be an improvement of comms there.

great stay that both the kids and the adults loved

great variety of rooms available at different price points. the beach is great and the snorkelling fantastic. wide range of kayaks and SUPs available pretty much all the time. the staff were very pleasant and we throughly enjoyed our time there!

young children often unsupervised in the pool despite the sign saying under 16’s to be supervised at all times, making very risky choices and no one either family or staff correcting them. led to some not very relaxing time in the pool!

Beautiful property.

The grounds are stunning. Beautiful gardens. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The beach was stunning. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was great service and reasonably priced meals.

The room was a bit cramped for 3 people, would be fine for a couple.
