A bit disappointing and would probably not go back anymore.

I’m glad that the pool and jacuzzi are finally working after being under construction for such a long time.

It was pretty hot in the room even with the AC on high. It kept getting an Error on the AC so we had to plug it in and out a couple of times for it to reset. Also, the internet SUCKED this time. It’s pretty disappointing since this hotel is my go-to place when there’s internet outage in my area.

Overall a good choice for a basic overnight stay.

The room was larger than expected given the rate, with adequate furnishing and toiletries. I wish I remembered the name of the person who checked me in, but he was a one-man wonder (I think he may even be a manager, but am not sure). He made the whole experience hassle-free by allowing us to register early so we can check in easily once our room was available. Location was great. I had to go on an event the evening of our stay, and traffic was horrible. The front desk staff offered to book us a Grab, but drivers kept cancelling. The location allowed us to walk to our event venue instead. Hassle free, basic accommodation at a central location, great service.

The A/C is a bit old and took a while to cool the room. Also, there was a very small in the bathroom when we first used it.

at first, the aircon in the original room we got didn’t work properly but I love that they gave us another room to transfer into :) their service is great!

▪︎Staff are nice, from the Security to the FOA's. ▪︎Well implemented COVID-19 safety protocol (from check-in, elevators, & parking area) ▪︎Nice view of the city from our room. ▪︎Accessible to the wedding venue of our friend.

A relaxing and memorable stay.

As soon as we checked in I felt we would like the place. Thumbs up front desk staff and security personnel. I liked our room - cleanliness, working high speed Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, with ample space for the writing desk, no unpleasant odor and hot/cold shower.

Safe was not working. Bathroom lighting very dim. Hope you could use a brighter light bulb. It was very hard to see clearly inside the bathroom. There was only 1 chair in our room. Hope you could add an extra chair if your guest is travelling with a companion. No table lamp?
