Perfect accommodation

Let's start off.. - The price was cheap for the quality of room that you get. - Bus stop is 2min walk away - The staff on arrival were happy and welcoming tip top service. - The room was massive and my gosh the bed was absolutely perfect. - Massive flat screen TV at the end of the bed felt like sleep in your own home theatre. - The bathroom was spacious and clean. - The views (third floor) were very nice with a good view of the surrounding area You will not regret staying.

Can't think of anything was literally the perfect stay.

Spectacular

I was upgraded to the suite, it was spectacular. The bed is super comfy. Got everything I need, no faults really. Really want to go to Brissy just so I can stay at this hotel again haha. Definitely a good pick if you want to stay at a luxe boutique hotel.

When I'm in the living room I can hear people staying in the room across when they're being a bit loud, otherwise no issues.

Fantastic location, great amenities and friendly staff

The location was fantastic, really close to the function I attended.

My room rate was a bit pricey in comparison to my friend who didn't pay as much, but was on a level above me

Stay was short but good for the three days.

Location to the event we were attending. Staff was excellent and attentive.

It was really expensive and the continental breakfast was horrible.

Good value, would use it again for a quick stay in Brisbane

We needed a room for the night due to a delayed flight to Cairns, the staff were great, the room was very nice and comfortable.

Wasn't there long enough to determine.

Not bad but not luxury

The mattress was comfortable and the location was accessible to other things in the city. The steak restaurant was wonderful food. Staff were lovely and just helpful.

There was no fitted sheet or doona cover. There was only flat sheets for the bottom and there were flat sheets either side of the doona. That was uncomfortable because the bare mattress and doona were exposed which were not clean. There was also hardly any glassware, such as champagne glasses or forks. The shower head did not work and pressure was weak so that it dripped out only. Besides the restaurant across the street and the barracks area, the rest of the street left something to be wanted. There were abandoned buildings and there were lots of rubbish down the street which made it less appealing

Overall a nice and cozy hotel, worth the money

Relatively close to the center, clean room, good bathroom, nice to relax after a long walk around the city, friendly staff

On bunking.com there is a rating of 5 stars, but there were little things because of which I would not give them: badly scratched headboard of the bed, bathrobes had to ask the staff, they were not there initially, toothbrushes were also not there, they were brought, but the brushes were in mold, which was very unpleasantly surprising. There is no complimentary parking, you have to pay extra money to park at the hotel, and the hotel itself is in an area where street parking for more than a certain amount of time will cost money

Comfortable stay and lovely, helpful staff

I arrived with equipment for a local function so the kind staff member upgraded my room so I did not have to negotiate stairs - so thoughtful. Comfortable room and location perfect. Complimentary continental breakfast was a nice surprise as I had to leave early in the morning. However was given an 11am checkout which was another surprise-will use that next time.

Incredible value, luxury in a great location

This hotel is WONDERFUL - amazing price for such attentive and genuine customer service, comfy beds, modern interior and stunning views. We were upgraded for free and given a bottle of wine upon check-in. The cleanliness, bathroom size and overall quality exceeded expectations. On the outskirts of the CBD, its a great location on a street of bars, restaurants and very close to the local shops. A short bus/uber ride away from the CBD/ train stations!

The shower pressure could've been a little bit stronger (it was an overhead shower and couldn't figure out the handheld showerhead). Such a clean modern bathroom made up for it though and water heated very fast.

the bed sheets were not clean. the staff were not available even before 11.45 pm. we had to wait for at least 45 mins to find a way to go into the hotel lobby! disappointing!

The apartment was well presented and the location of the hotel met my requirements very well.
