Hotel stupendo

L'hotel più bello in cui siamo stati in tutto il Perù. Il letto era enorme e super comodo. Bagno bello e pulito. Colazione buona e varia.

Noi avevamo la camera sulla strada e al mattino presto si sentono le persone parlare in strada.

O tamanho do quarto e o café da manhã são muito bons.

A qualidade da internet é muito ruim, a velocidade é muito baixa e muitas vezes ela cai.

Very comfortable Really appreciated the complimentary breakfast (and chocolate!) after a long day traveling Great value for money! Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of choice

Got a little cold at night for the person not sleeping on the side of the electric heater. Noisy at night since it is close to a big streets with bar (we stayed on a Friday night). Not the hotel fault though!

Book this place, you’ll love it!

GIGANTIC bed (super king size). Heaps of pillows. Complimentary bottled water. Best buffet breakfast we have had in South America (7-8 different fruits, granola, yoghurt, cereal, 3 juice options, pancakes, eggs, mini sausages, avocado, etc). Hot shower. Cable TV in English. Lift to take luggage up. Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful. Professional staff who carry your bags and even walk out the front with you to make sure you get into your taxi safely.

No fridge in room to keep drinks cold.

We had a great stay at this hotel!

The location is great- close to downtown area so we could walk to many sights. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had the best shower! Great breakfast buffet.

good and helpful personnel, breakfast was OK (but nothing special), generally clean, good location near the main square

it was EXTREMELY cold everywhere in the hotel, it is strange why many hotels in Peru do not have central heating or even the A/C. an electronic heater was provided and helped. shower cabin with a curtain is so old-fashioned. shower and bathroom were generally untidy

Comfortable hotel near restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing

The hotel's proximity to restaurants, shopping, and Plaza Mayor. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating of our requests to book a tour of the Uros Islands, hire a taxi to take us to the Mirador del Condor at sunset, as well as arrange private, round-trip transfers between Juliaca's airport and the hotel.

It's great location is also a challenge when it comes to arriving/departing the hotel since it's in a pedestrian zone - you'll need to walk about a block with your luggage. It's not a bad walk - just expect it.
