Very nice and helpful hotel staff

Is was a bit cold but we got a heater and with the heater it was ok

staff lost a package sent to the hotel (with receipt!) - and to date failed to make up for it; staff lacks enthusiasm; rooms noisy; lacks renovation. all in all compared to other hotels we stayed at in Puno no good value for money

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was superbien, and our waiter Johan - was serviceminded and spoke good English. He could respond and inform us about lokal traditions and over the problems with the algaes in the Lake. We also had a nice dinner. The massage I got was very good.

Great location just off the Plaza de armas in a quiet street. Lovely art deco style. Good size room with comfy bed & pillows. Good hairdryer. Decent breakfast. There's a bar but we didn't try it as there are lots of bars & restaurants close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Really good place to stay in puno.
Only 1 lift which was an issue when checking out. Upper floors take priority so it could a long wait if you time it wrong.
