Oribil ,nu încercați ! Mai ales dacă veniți cu copii.

Arată bine ca și locație ,dar foarte deteriorat tot ! Pozele sunt făcute când era nou !!!

Mirosul insuportabil din căsuța(miros de șobolani morți plus canalizare),mobilier deteriorat,saltele pline de mizerie,lenjerii pătate,băi mizerii,foarte prost ! Iar la masă bântuiau muștele pe mâncare,și în mare parte sunt produse congelate . Plaja enorm de mică,iar la barul de pe plajă găsiți doar între 15:17:00 pizza,cartofi prăjiți și nuggest de vită,și niște mere stafidite Atâta ! Au câteva sucuri și câteva cokteiluri cred restul se plătesc !!! Cea mai urata experiență,am plecat mai devreme ca nu am mai putut suporta mirosul!

Drinks were mediocre at best, and the beach is small, with rocky seabed.

Family vacation with two kids

The size of the room/apartment was great. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The food was ok, enough variety for a 6 night stay. Plenty of activities for the kids. We had a really nice vacation.

The whole place could use some renovation. In our room/apartment the shower doors were barely holding, came off a couple of times. The sink missed the filter and one had to be careful not to drop anything in it. Also the tap was not fixed properly to the sink cabinet and it was difficult to turn on and off the water.

Exceptional

The complex is really good. All the staff is polite and helpful. The food was really great. The beach area is nice. The pools are great. We were with a kid, she was really satisfied with the children's pool with slides.

Staff and facilities of the complex are top 10.

Some parts of the complex have started to by old. A little attention to details in the first built building would be welcome. I know the complex for many years. Unfortunately, the beach has always been left behind the investments. Customers are lucky that there are many beautiful swimming pools

Too expensive for the money we paid.

I only liked the view from our room.

The room was not properly cleaned, the breakfast was quite bad, the walls between the rooms are so thin that you can hear everything! So I heard everything from my next door neighbors and upstairs neighbors.

Great family vacation

Restaurant was amazing with lots of options, pools were great also but the water was a little cold, animation programs were really nice both me and my husbund and our young kids had a really great time here.

Maybe some heated pools, for small kids, and the beach could do with a bit more cleaning and better maintaining. (lots of seaweed)

Nice stay at White lagoon

This is our 3rd year coming to White Lagoon. The rooms are nice, the view is perfect, the food is good and the Staff was ok. Also the pools and the facilities are very nice

As I've said this is my 3rd year coming here with my family and I've noticed that the quality of the staff is declining. At the restaurant there was a waiter which was mad and kept slamming the plates. Also the cleaning of the rooms happened at 3,4 days. The quality of this complex is slowly declining but the overall experience is still nice.

Ideal resort for relaxation, with delicious food and breathtaking panorama

White Lagoon is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. It is situated on a large surface, with many spots which offer a spectacular view of the sea coast. Even though you travel only with your partner or with the kids too, you will find something to do and to enjoy for each of you. You benefit from many facilities and activities, the stuff is kind, friendly and smiling. All pools are extremely clean and well maintained. For kids, there are two areas with water slides (so much fun!) and for adults, there are two infinity pools, with a quiet area and a breathtaking panorama. I strongly recommend to spend some time there! Also, we were impressed with the food - the restaurant offers a generous time interval and enough tables for all tourists. You can choose from a wide range of meals, all delicious and tasty. There are lots of activities, both for kids and adults, such as Zumba, Stretching, Karaoke, different shows and parties. The parking and the sun beds are for free. We would definitely come back soon!

It might require a bit renovation. The beach is not the best because the sand isn’t the finest, but the sun beds are for free and you can enjoy the beach bar open until late at night.

Even the Resort was close to the maximum capacity,on swimming pools area wasn't crowded at all. In the restaurant you have many dishes for all tastes.

An indoor pool is missing.

Hotel is ok except bathrooms : the shower has mold, there is no drain in the floor, the water was leaking out from the shower so you get a small pond in the bathroom.

Absolutely gorgeous everything!

Absolutely gorgeous everything. Very nice staff, impeccable cleanliness, extremely spacious room, absolute peace and relaxation, very good location, gorgeous pools, great food, free underground parking. What I liked the most is that there is no crowding anywhere, as the resort is so big, it is impossible for it to crowd somewhere...this was a sensational thing for us, because we can't stand congestion and overcrowding. It was absolutely perfect! We will be back soon :)

Great for kids

Great place for a familly. We have a toddler that loved all the pools with low water. The food was ok, we had options.

It would be great to have some kind of paper/map of the place. It was a bit tricky to find things like the gym etc.
