Atenție, Booking!

Seara cu muzica live. Peisajele superbe si instagramabile. Recomand hotelul pentru familii cu copii pentru întrarea f lina în mare. All inclusive f bun și suficient.

Plaja f mica pt un hotel atat de mare, format din 2 cladiri. Pentru a prinde loc la sezlong pe plaja, trebuiau aduse prosoapele la ora 6 dimineata, altfel, se poate ocupa loc la plaja de la bar, însă fără acces la mare. Curățenia și amenajarea băilor nu merita 4 stele. Piscina este inutilizabila deoarece este înconjurată de mese pentru servirea all inclusive .

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I don’t know who gave then that accreditation but it was a joke.

The beach was nice and they had some good soups. The mattress was also really comfy.

There’s a lot we didn’t like about the property. 1. Everyone at the hotel left their towel on the sunloungers overnight. It was really inconsiderate and it forced other people to behave the same if they wanted any chance for a spot on the beach. The hotel staff did nothing about it. 2. I think the hotel staff were allergic to politeness. Other than one or two staff members, the staff ignored me most times I said ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’, and they all just had a pretty surly attitude. 3. Cleanliness and Cleaning Staff: The rooms were dirty. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a 4 star (even a 3 star) hotel and feared I would get athlete’s foot from the shower. The floor next to the toilet was also perpetually damp, smelled bad, and rarely cleaned by the hotel staff. When we checked in, the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped, although the room was meant to be prepared for new guests. Towels were rarely changed, even though we’d left them on the floor after the first time we weren’t given fresh towels. A couple of times, the cleaning staff only took the dirty towels but did not replace them. Honestly, I think they just tossed a coin every day to decide if they were going to clean our room or not. (Though I did notice they did a better job if we left a higher tip on the bed, which is not okay. It’s their job to clean either way) 4. The Pool I really wish the hotel description specified that you could only use the pool for a combined 4 HOURS AND A HALF each day (in between meal times). It was also considerably smaller than they advertised in the photos and there were no loungers beside it, only the dining area. Which probably explains why during our entire stay, we haven’t seen even one person use the pool. What an absolute joke.

Groaznic, nu mai revin niciodată!

*mancarea proaspătă, dacă aveai noroc să găsești masă să o poți savura :)

1. Nu este de 4 * este de 2+ 2. Plaja ff mica 3. Curățenia nu se face zilnic ( nu vă luați după ce scrie pe booking ) am stat 2 nopți .. nu a trecut nimeni pe la noi . Am vb la recepție și ne-au zis ca o data la 3 zile fac... la 4 stele ?? 4. Cameră îngrozitor de murdară 5. Paturi și scaune insuficiente pe plaje, vând 200 locuri și scaune sunt doar 130 -140 . 6. Personalul fără pregătire la toate departamentele ... 7. Murdar peste tot, lipicios, inclusiv la restaurant 8. La restaurant era o provocare la fiecare masă, coșmar ... 150 pers și doar 50 mese ... 9. Umbrelele de pe plajă din metal cad la primul vânt.. te pot accidenta grav ce să mai vb despre siguranța copiilor din resort. 10. Canalizarea mirosea peste tot, inclusiv în baia din camera... 11. Nici o investiție majoră în resort, totul pare vechi și luat sh ... Nu as recomanda nici în glumă această locație... nu cred ca ultimele recenzii sunt REALE . Fabulos, Grozav ... cum sa spui ca la un astfel de resort a fost ... Fabulos Nu va recomand!

Great location for couples and families

The location is exceptional. The staff is great and the food is quite good too.

I have 3 things i disliked. Because my room was last on the coridor i couldn't get any wi-fi signal ( which was present in the coridor). There was no ice in the middle of the summer at the bitch bar for drinks serving :( And the last thing was that the serving area couldn't quite fit all of the guests at the peak hour during meal serving. We had to wait for like 10-15 min for a table to clear. And a bonus one: the time when you can get the beach towels is 10 am, and if you are at the beatch from 7 am you will have to bring your own from home. Aaaand no free water in your room, even though you have all inclusive. Get a bottle from the store and fill it from the bar.

It could be better!

Enough food, clean pool, friendly staff. Good location, large resort.

Not cleaning the room for 5 days, not even taking the garbage can, uncomfortable couch (feels like sleeping on wood), needs a matress, not enough sunbeds or "taken" all week with towels. Not enough tables when the weather is bad (had to wait for +30 min for a free table). All additional services must be paid in cash in local currency.

Pleasant

Nothing. Next time for sure I will not chose this place again. I cancelled the last day. Only the reception employee was nice that's it.

There was a lot of problems starting with the room air conditioning, no water in the bathroom for more then 24 hours, no place on the beach to have a seat with the family, very dirty in the water, snake's who are running in the sea like they are cars on the street. Very horror movie.

Think twice; nevertheless for the families with babies it could be fair choice.

The food. The kitchen staff did the job perfectly. Maybe the sweet session can be improved but all the other dishes were delicious.

The lack of facilities guaranted on the booking.com site. They declare there is a SPA and the massage at the hotel; in fact, no at all. No The door lock system in our room didn’t work and nobody repaired it all the time we stayed there. So all the leisure is the sea and the Sun (the food also, of course); if the weather is good and for some people that’s enough.

Quiet place right at the beach

Right at the beach Time stops - you do nothing but beach and food. There was plenty of room at the beach but not sure how it would be in high season.

Room (studio) had tile flooring instead of laminate. Snack bar between lunch and dinner is quite limited - meat, fries, pizza slice. Included alcohol was subpar.

The staff is fantastic. Very warm, nice and kind. All the personnel are keen to fulfill the clients needs and expectations. Food is tasty and varied and rooms are clean and tidy.

The hotel beaches are a bit too crowded in the middle of the summer season.

It was not the best experience we had, and deffenetly not the best value for money

We enjoied the private beach, swimming pool, and our junior suite was nice, with seaview. We managed to organise a surprise cake for my husbands birthday, the staff was helpfull and nice. Regarding food we enjoied the pancackes and the grill.

One of the reasons we choose this place was the playground and unfortunately the playground was not ok, it was a terrible smell inside and it was not clean Also there were times when we could not find a place to sit during lunch or dinner, and this is not ok for a 4* hotel. The food was not great, besides the grilled meals very few options and a lot like fastfood. Also a lot of stuff members were not great english speakers, and in my opinion this is a must in a 4* hotel.

Good value

The best thing is the location on the beach. You can't get a better location then this. We stayed in the main building in a Studio room and it was more then perfect, the bed, the space and the view from the balcony. The food was very tasty and diversified. We ate ice cream all day :) The beach bar is a welcomed addition.

The only part that we saw as being an inconvenience was the way that the restaurant was organised because not all the tourists could eat at the same time because there aren't enough tables.

Good vacation

Nice beaches and landscapes, good food. Friendly staff. Clean room and towels change almost every day. Fridge in the room. Overall a good experience.

.Children playgrounds outdoor and indoor need repairs and the safety hazards need to be taken care. (indoor power plugs out of the wall, etc) On the room balcony the heat exchanger produced a lot of heat and you had no shade. It was impossible to stay and chill when the child is sleeping in the room. The "reserved" sunbeds on the beach. The management needs to find a solution for this, maybe each room to have a designated place with sunbeds on the beach with its room number...

The food was good and diverse, the room was spacious and clean, the towels were changed every day, the sea entrance and the sand were nice.

The parking lot, the restaurant and the beach were way too small. The outdoor children playgrounds were old and the inside one had a strange smell. There weren't any activities for children nor adults. The pool is placed in the middle of the terrace between the tables.

Nightmare Holiday

Seaview is great , but all the rest just puts it in the shadow.

We were supposed to stay for five nights, but decided to leave after three.The place is a a health hazard. Housekeeping is a joke. They just mop around the dirt daily, without vacuuming. We had an ant invasion, although staying on the third floor, that we dealt ourselves with. The dead ants were still on the floor two days afterwards, when we decided to leave.The bathroom stank of urine. I don't think they sanitize the toilets. The smell started to wear off on the third day, after we cleaned the toilets seat ourselves. The main pool is located in the middle of the restaurant. I never saw them cleaning it in three days and it was fool of sand on the bottom. Once I saw one employe throwing some white powder in the pool(chlorine?) from a coffe pot...I think it's the only way that pool is sanitized. The secondary pool is even worse, fool of dead insects, bits of wood and and the stair going into is broken. The food choice is very limited. They don't have any properly cooked meals. There are just things that you take out of the freezer and deepfry or boil. Freshly cut vegetables are not very fresh... The way from the kitchen to the restaurant goes through the main hall, so You can see and smell all that goes around in the kitchen when going to your room and intersect with employees carrying food or dirty dishes..I don't think that is agreeing the hygene policies for restaurants... We were going to pass by all that because of the view, but one thing was just really annoying. We had an apartment with sea view located above the restaurant. The smell from the kitchen comes to the rooms, but the constant noise of the chairs screatching on the floors that you can hear even with all windows closed from 6 in the morning when employees clean the tables and move all the chairs around, untill 11 PM when they rearange the place is what made up our minds to leave.

Very good

We had a beautiful view over the sea from the main building. The studio with balcony and sea view (2 adults + 1 child) had large rooms and large balconies. Most of the staff was polite.

Overcrowded food court. Some food, I couldn't realise wich one, gave me a rash for the entire stay. Pool squezeed between the tables, impossible to use during meals. Full of ants, even at fourth floor, but that is probably due to those who bring food in the rooms. The guests were allowed to keep the sunbeds occupied overnight, by leaving their towels on them. Nobody seemed to care, except those less fortunate (like us), who could only find free sunbeds in an area further from the sea.
