Absolutely amazing, one of the best hotel stays

The breakfast was amazing, from the layout to the quality and variety of the food. The staff in all aspects of the hotel were so professional, lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We also had dinner a couple of times, and again was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and to reiterate, the staff were amazing.

Perfect location in a beautiful place

The location is perfect as it is on the right side of the bay for maximum Sunshine and adjacent to the beach. The tram station is a very short walk away.

Horrible rooms!

The location was brilliant and the staff were lovely!

The rooms were horrible, wifi did not work in the room, ac did not work well - and it was peak summer. Poorly managed property - ruined the holiday for me.

Located in front of the beach. Staff is very kind and professional. Breakfast is fairly good.

Shower booth is quite small and fan makes noisy sound.

A great Hotel and staff in a little bit of heaven.

The hotel's location is perfect. Literally central to the beach, opposite a clean, clear water beach. The staff were so so good. Friendly, welcoming, nothing was a problem. Their knowledge of both the port facilities and the Island in general was excellent. The quaint tram was a delight, running literally beside the pavement of the hotel.

I would have liked if the stay was less expensive.

The location was excellent, staff very helpful and breakfast very good. View amazing.

No privacy on balconies, walls of rooms very thin and it is possible to hear everything that neighbours are doing. furnishings in room not 4 star standard, bed uncomfortable

gorgeous location and a perfect hotel for a mini break.

the location is spectacular!

The main areas of the hotel are not air conditioned so it was quite hot. But rooms were lovely and cold!

Mixed feelings about this hotel

The location, restaurant and bar were fabulous and I would recommend the hotel overall. The Reception staff were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was exceptional 👌 with an enormous selection and choice.

We stayed on the pool house accommodation which was disappointing considering the price. The bedroom was small and the shower room was awkward to use due to the 'space saving' design. The additional room was used as a glorified wardrobe as it could not be used for anything else due to no air-con and the tv was in the bedroom. The air con was set and we could not lower it. I think this is a new policy in Spain. It was also noisy which was a shame. I liked the two balconies and having what felt like exclusive access to the pool was wonderful. The fact that there were pool staff on duty as long as the pool was open was credit to the hotel. In hindsight I think I would have rather stayed in a hotel bedroom.

A perfect holiday hotel for my family

The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was a beautiful spread of all different sorts of food, there was something for everyone. Everyday there was different things to eat, from Mallorcan delicacies to different eggs and pancakes. Location is great, right on the beach, perfect for families.

Nothing really to say here, everything was lovely.

Very clean and comfortable hotel but don’t let them try to mug you off with a different room.

Great location. Right on the beach front. The breakfast buffet was excellent - everything you could want. The hotel was really clean and the pool was lovely.

When we arrived we paid for our sea view room and we’re then directed to a building along the street. When we got into the room it looked straight at the wall of another building. We were on a back street nowhere near the sea front. We went back to reception and complained. The receptionist eventually found us a sea view room which is what we booked and paid for. This took her about 45 minutes. We had already travelled 12 hours to get there so we were just wanting to get sorted out. Very poor start to the holiday - the rooms should not be overbooked. Disappointing beginning but the rest of our stay was lovely.

Location great, the rooms are a little tired for a 4 star and 4 star prices!!!

Staff were good, breakfast was ok. Sea view was excellent.

The rooms were very small and quiet tired looking only providing the absolute basics and no luxury for a 4 star accommodation. I would be really concerned if we hadn’t had a sea view as looking at some of the other rooms from outside they would just be facing a brick wall.

Lovely short break

The hotel is very central and is on the sea front in port de soller, we paid for breakfast and the food was very good, we also ate lunch in the hotel a few times and it was excellent, better than expected, the staff are nice too.

The room we got was tiny, we were a little disappointed for the price we paid, the area is expensive though so was to be expected and I would go back.
