There are many hotels which are much better value and quality than this one

Its location , the surroundings and the buildings

The WiFi doesn’t work, the Tv doesn’t work and the staff are liars. You report a fault and you expect it to be fixed. You don’t expect them to lie day after day and do nothing .

Outstanding customer service

Arrived there unexpectedly and got a wonderful welcome from the staff and shown to a beautiful room in gorgeous landscaping. Sadly my travelling companion got ill and the hotel were great. Organised a Dr and extended our stay. Would highly recommend this property as the location is great, the ground is lovely and the staff exceptional

We would definitely like to go back here. Loved the hotel and the location. Excellent staff.

Staff are extremely poliand helpful. Breakfast food is delicious with a wide selection of both local snd European food. Grounds are beautiful and it’s within walking distance of town and beach, with fabulous beach shacks which we used a lot.

Although could do with a little touch up here and there, the place oozes character.

There was construction going on at this resort when we arrived. There was so much drilling noise and dust all around. Initially, we were allotted the villa near the area undergoing construction which was really disappointing as we mentioned specifically not to allot us villa near construction as we were with our child. Then it took almost 2 hours to change our villa to another part of property where the construction noise was lesser. I am attaching some photos of the construction in progress at this property. I’d suggest everyone to not book this resort till there construction is in progress. In our busy lives, we literally find very less time to travel for some peace and leisure but landing here with all the construction, drilling noise at this resort was really bad experience.

Superb

Really nice property. Helpful and trained staff. You and wander around novotels property as well and can also use their pool.

Breakfast menu has a good spread but the items mostly repeated across days . Location is not that great . The only nearby beach is Cavelossim rest of the beaches are far . If you are staying here you would think twice about going anywhere else.

Our leasure @ South Goa with Rd blu

Food, location, comfort and service It was our 4th trip in a row and we just love the destination and the property We got special support from Chetan, Dolma, Swapnil, Xavier and Sankar(security)

Cost is high even in a lean season for a repeat customer. You need to avoid carrying out renovation while families are around on holidays

The internet was not working in the room,we gave complain to the duty manager.Entire 3 night we were without internet though at the time of booking it's mentioned that internet is free and available.When I asked for a General Manager staff says he is not available.The road in front of my cottage was getting repaired.It was a mess.Beware of this property.i don't want to stay in future.

It was excellent. Pool needs to be heated up and add some variety to the food

The Breakfast spread was almost same all 5 days Dinner buffet could and should have been better Items cooked are nothing extra ordinary. Some items like Dosa, Paratha and Chicken items needs to be better Some variety is expected if I stay longer as we stayed for 5 nights. Also, we had to have food outside and in Novotel because of lack of variety. Your staff are very good in terms of cleanliness. The swimming pool needs to be heated.

Pool needs to be heated particularly during monsoon.

Nothing. Horrible stay

Awful experience because of an error that booking.com have made and would not rectify. Our whole stay was about the incident. Travelling is a leisure and not to solve issues made by booking.com. the hotel staff were terrible and didnt want to accomodate even though they knew that this issue happens a lot.

Great but really need to work on their up front payment policy

We thought the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. We thought the villas were nice, and having your own outdoor terrace was lovely. We liked the hotel and surroundings. We enjoyed the dinners and ate at the Greek restaurant Greco. The waiter Decklan was full of enthusiasm and great at hospitality. The chef Deepanka made delicious food and came and spoke to us and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We ate there 3/4 evenings. Rooms were clean.

Although the location had a private beach there was no hotel beach shack or sun loungers, the surrounding beach wasn't very clean with bottle caps everywhere. The hotel also refused to pre pay for my hotel transfer, having not paid upfront even though they had a hold on my card for the 4 days stay. They also bombarded us to pay up front for the whole stay, which we found tacky and distasteful. Not what we would expect of a 5 star. Bathrooms could do with updating a bit (only small tweaks)
