Прекрасная, красивая, живописная территория!

Состояние номеров. Требуется хороший ремонт. Наличие муравьев в номере.

Я совершенно не впечатлен, отель не соответствовал моим ожиданиям.

Мне понравилось расположение, пляж и деревья гостиницы.

Цены на номера очень завышены, номера в советском стиле (старые), ванные комнаты старые, на завтрак очень скудный выбор блюд.

Данный отель я бы не рекомендовала тем, кто ценит свой комфорт за свои деньги.

Красивая и ухоженная территория за пределами главного корпуса. Также впечатлило озеро Иссык-Куль - абсолютно прозрачная вода. Хороший песчаный пляж.

Проживали в данном отеле с 22-23 мая 2024 года. При заселении нам сообщили, что электричество не работает - ни помыться, ни в туалет сходить нельзя. Интернета тоже нет (для меня это важный пункт, так как работаю удаленно). Отсутствие электроэнергии аргументировали тем, что сейчас идет подготовка к сезону и проводятся работы на территории. Почему это должно волновать постояльцев, которые заплатили полную сумму за проживание и все заявленные удобства - непонятно. Далее нам дали номер на 4 этаже. Так как лифт также не работал, нам пришлось тащить увесистые чемоданы 4 пролета. Почему нельзя было заранее подумать об удобстве гостей? Гостиница не так густо заселена из-за, опять же, несезона. Номер мы бронировали 2-х комнатный. Потому что однокомнатные номера в этой гостинице с совмещенным санузлом с другим номером. На фото, где мы бронировали, была спальня и гостиная с диваном. По итогу, в двух комнатах по 2 раздельные кровати. Сам номер старый. Мебель дешевая. Санузел без душа, а именно с ванной, где смеситель не выдвигается на уровень вашего роста. Так что, если захотите помыть голову, это нужно делать униженно сидя на коленях. Единственное, что понравилось в номере - это подушки, одеяла и матрасы. Далее ресторан. Он единственный на территории. Меню максимально скудное, а из того, что предложено, половины нет. Мы брали мясо на жаровне с овощами - все плавало в таком количестве масла, что его хватило бы на несколько блюд. Выбор вин очень невелик. Но ценник и на вина и на ресторан очень бодрый. Наценка за обслуживание 20%. Поели мы на 8000 с чем-то, а по итогу вышло 10000. Мы в Бешкеке в самом дорогом ресторане поели и выпили на столько же. Откуда такое ценообразование, непонятно. Завтраки скудные. И вишенка на торте- в номере нет кондиционера.

Relaxing and wonderful nature

The location is great, clean and safe. When we settled in the facility, a new place was being built, we reported our complaint to the reception, they changed our room the next day. Thank you to the manager who spoke fluent Turkish at the reception. Except for the slowness of the service, it was an extraordinarily relaxing vacation.

Completely dissatisfied, won’t come again.

Breakfast was very poor quality. It was open only for 2 hours from 8 to 10 am. Location of the hotel is great on the bank of Issykul Lake. But service is very bad.

Extremely unfriendly staff particularly in Restaurant, low quality breakfast, unwelcoming staff and service. Bathtub couldn’t be used since there was nothing to seal the water drainage system. No water provided in room.

Nice, but not very modern.

Good place to stay. The outside is better than the inside. The hotel grounds are perfect, but the cottages themselves could be improved in terms of equipment and materials.

Amazing Property to experience...

I really like the property and CAPRIS restaurant. Especially the access to the lake. The facilities for the kids were amazing. We really enjoyed walking around and the beautiful flowers all around the property. We enjoyed our stay at the property and loved the environment, flowers, villa, and lake, etc....

The resort doesn't have a medical first aid kit or the dental kit also which was a surprise to us because you don't carry dental, lotion, and other stuff and expect it to be provided by the resort. There was no water stopper in the bathtub and unfortunately after asking for a replacement but this part was also not available. They need to work a little more on Customer Service.

Comfortable with good facilities hotel

It is nice place to stay as with big family as just couple. Good faculties for swimming, like the beach and swimming pool. Some music and dance place in evening. We liked breakfast. I will recommend the hotel to my Friends and Relatives.

Workers kept smoking on the premises, I think they even live inside the house in the storage room. The hotel provides a kitchen but no kitchen supplies to cook

This place is extremely average for the price.

The location of this resort is excellent. The water is beautiful and the outdoor space is kept well. Green gardens and lawns for private villas. The staff at the hotel restaurant were always very pleasant.

The furniture inside the rooms are extremely outdated. The TV is literally 20 years old, the mini refrigerator does not work, the bathroom tiles have cracks, and the mattresses are extremely old and not comfortable. We asked to have the twin beds put together before our arrival but they were not and we had to ask cleaning staff, who were rude in responding. Beach towels were supposed to be included but weren’t, and when we asked to be provided even just one extra, we were rudely declined and asked where the ones we were given went. In order to go to the dinner buffet, you must call reception and tell them so they know how much food to make. We called reception 4 times over 2 hours and they never called back or answered for us to reserve a spot for the buffet. Additionally, guests should be aware that the hotel does not have any form of AC and does not provide fans either. Although the water was beautiful and the beach was clean, we were surprised at how rocky the shore is. It cut our feet and hurt a lot to get in and out of the lake.

Dreadful hotel, do not visit.

The beach, pleasant pier, nice botanical gardens.

Where to begin. Very poorly maintained building. Our room’s mini-bar was entirely empty. Bathroom shower had minimal pressure delivering sporadically varying temperature water. Despite being advertised as having a beach bar, this was shut. No sauna, salt room, steam room as advertised. Restaurant served substandard food. All in all, the poorest value for money hotel we’ve stayed at ever.

Have seen better

I liked the facilities. It very much bothered me that all things that are included in the price need to be asked and begged for in order to actually use any facilities.

The rooms are very dirty. Please understand like any resort on the beach you would expect like sand brought back by travelers but that shouldn't be a reason for not making sure that it's cleaned properly. Especially paying $340 per night where there are much better places in the world where they would provide superb service

Maybe still the best, but for how long?

The beach area and the bar are great. Really great. This is what keeps them in business. The food and hookah were also pretty good for the price. There is also a sailboat, a pontoon boat, jet skis, tubing available for an extra price. There were many activities for children.

The place is old and in desperate need of remodeling. There is no air conditioning. It is sometimes so hot that you cannot sleep. For the price of an apartment or cottage, there should be some AC. Why not get portable AC units and charge extra for them. Those who want them will pay and those who don’t will continue to be hot like they are now. The little TVs in the rooms are so old that the picture is warped and they only take RCA cables. Who has any electronics that use that? Seriously in need of remodeling and updating. Someone is going to come into the area and do a resort the right way and Kapriz is going to lose a lot of customers.
