No infinity pool in room as described !!

Spacious room good view from 10th floor

Booking. Com description said the superior room came with an infinity pool, it did not very disappointing for my granddaughters 15th birthday celebrations I wasn't expecting much, but perhaps a small tub on a balcony, but nope nothing This was pointed out to the hotel and they said they didn't have any rooms with a pool

Excellent location, small rooms, & very clean, just need to improve the customer care a notch.

The location and cleanliness.

Snootiness towards Americans, even though we are Canadian, the tone of the check in agent was condescending, he was trying to be humorous. We also had a fire alarm during the evening, no explanation nor apology offered, we were outside in pajamas for about 90 minutes. Fire truck left after about 30 minutes.

I like the location

I didn't like the cot as the bed for the 3rd person. The mattress was very thin and felt like you were sleeping on metal bars. The people who run the restaurant were a bit rude

Idéalement placé pour visiter Londres en Métro

Petit déjeuner copieux continental, chambre spacieuse avec café, petits gâteaux, bouteilles eau plate et gazeuse A 5 mn a peine d'une bouche de métro et a une station de Big Ben, Westminster, London Eye..... Arrêt bus en face l'hôtel. Très bien situé pour visiter Londres

Peut-être le repas le soir de notre arrivée, menu très bon mais dommage d'avoir l'assiette débarrassée alors que j'avais encore une frite à la main

Above and beyond , professional

What wasn’t there to like ? Absolutely wonderful Went above and beyond when I misplaced my glasses (Yes they were found ) The pool was very warm Wonderful Also pooch friendly ( wow )

Gute Lage an der Subway u d super Frühstück

Keine Toilettenbürste, Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, jeden Tag alle Handtücher gewechselt. Zimmermädchen hat nicht verstanden das wir 2 Zudecken wollen, jeden Tag wieder abgedeckt und die letzen 2 Tage musste ich ohne Bezüge schlafen

Not a four star

The location was good

I just felt like the hotel was all over the place. Fire alarms, changing of door cards. When we arrived they gave us the smallest room for three of us even after I called and explained what we needed. The staff in the restaurant/bar are incredibly rude. It’s more of a 3 star hotel

Zimmer war anfangs nicht richtig gesaugt, Verklebungen im Bad und auf Beistelltischen, Keine Bademäntel, die Kartenzahlung war problematisch, die Rechnungen wurden gesplittet dadurch sehr unübersichtlich, Rechnungen vom Restaurant auf‘s Zimmer buchen war kompliziert, Zimmerkarten falsch kodiert

Persistently disturbing plumbing issue

Perfect location. Clean room.

Our stay was marred by a persistently disturbing issue. We encountered a serious problem with our toilet, which got blocked in the morning. Throughout our visit, we were troubled by an annoying gargling noise emanating from the bathtub drain, which persisted every day, both during the day and night, causing disruptions to our sleep. Additionally, there was a high-frequency noise originating from the hotel plumbing system that further contributed to our discomfort. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the front desk on multiple occasions there was no resolution to the problem. This lack of action left us quite disappointed and frustrated during what was supposed to be a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel in the centre of the city

Using the pool was a benefit the next morning, bed was super comfortable.

Reception staff told us that because we "checked in late" we would have to have a special access room.

Lovely Hotel, Room but not up to standard of other similarly priced hotels

Reception check in lovely Italian Man( sorry forgot his name)…position ….Great Breakfast.

Asked many times(e-mails, calls) to order champagne for room( my wife’s 50th… Gave up trying …. THEN 1 hour after checking out after 2 night stay received e-mail asking…my Wife’s name so they could order a card, cake etc!! 😂😂… sweetener in room( first night) not replaced..( I am diabetic).. so none for coffee…..two waters first day one the second…called reception several times to order breakfast no answer at all…expected better

*Staff - provided us with free drinks as it was my partners birthday *Bar right at the bottom and the location was great to walk over the bridge to London attractions *Tube station is about 2 minute walk *We had reservation at the Hoxton SeaBird - 1 minute walk with amazing restaurant and vibe

The TV was not a smart TV! Had to watch terrestrial tv. Not been anywhere for years that didn’t have a smart tv The double bed was two singles so the was a crack down the middle.

Great service, very well run hotel

I liked having the pool / whirlpool, and appreciated the fact that they found me a room slightly early given I’d flown overnight

The do not disturb signs are designed in a way that they keep slipping off of the handles, so a maid tried to enter my room and woke me up. They fell off every single day of my stay, and I saw those of other rooms on the floor. Redesigning those would be great.

Lovely rooms, shame about the pool.

The rooms were lovely and modern. The in house restaurant had a great selection of items. The hotel was conveniently located for travel into Leicester Square and the west end.

We had booked a slot for the pool. We weren’t told that we needed a separate access card for the changing rooms so that was confusing. Also the jacuzzi or ‘spa pool’ was not heated which was disappointing. Most of the lockers didn’t work even though we followed the instructions posted on the front.

Overpriced stay with terrible internet and ok rooms. Location is good though

Staff were very friendly and helpful

The internet connection was absolutely terrible throughout our stay. Wifi was working but their uplink provider was bad. Also services like Netflix wouldn't open as a result but we were out most of the day so didn't complain. 2 days before leaving I had some work to do and had to wait a few hours to download some large files. Spoke to the reception and they tried to help by speaking to their provider but nothing worked by the time we checked out. In terms of cleanliness, the room could have been better... the bedsheets weren't changed even though we were there for a week and just generally you could tell the cleaning was very superficial.
