No problems with the hotel or staff just the location

The property was clean and tidy

The location. It didn’t feel like a safe area, shop fronts with smashed windows and the hotel door locked at all times

Buena elección de 🏩 hotel

Está súper bien comunicado con el centro de Londres , tienes una parada de autobús muy cerca , y el metro caminando está cerca también , al igual que el Tower Bridge . El personal es amable .

El wifi va muy muy lento . Y estaría bien tener armario.

The hotel did the job for what we wanted/needed. Would use again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean.

It is not in Tower Bridge

Nice staff and clean

It is not in Tower Birdge area as they claim and its name is misleading. We thought it was a Premier Inn which is what we were looking for and they are not. They even use purple color in their pictures. Bedroom was cleaned but smelled not fresher though. Aisles smelled badly when we arrived and smelled like weed in the evening. Area didn't feel very safe either. Too pricy given the location, the area and the facilities.

Exceptional

Very comfortable staff were really nice . You can leave your luggage in the lock up before you check in, and even after you have checked out, which was really good as my bus wasn't due until 11pm . Breakfast was very good. The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioner was a blessing as it was hot .

Passable

Amazing hotel, perfect to get to London with bud Station outside. Location was Ideal. Really clean and tidy

The room was clean. Loved having a kettle and a fridge, the fridge was unexpected but very welcome.

Very clean. I did get bitten twice though but think it might have been outside. Had a mini fridge

Think about location

They have made a great effort with this hotel. It is basic but clean and pleasant. Good access to bus services.

The main problem is the location in a rather scruffy run down area of London. It is a fair walk to the tube and any of the attractions of the city.

Digital ID not required :) Friendly staff + Simple peaceful clean room

What lovely people. I had originally booked at Sonder hotel as it is nearer to my venue, but changed my booking to this hotel because I do not have, and do not want digital ID. This hotel was much more helpful and less "bossy" than Sonder, and cheaper too! I needed help with finding bus numbers etc and the guy at the desk found them quickly and correctly for me. The immaculately clean room had a window I could open and for me that is a key element in getting good sleep, which I did. My room was peaceful . I would stay here again and recommend it to friends Highly recommend

Tiny faults were that the shower was hard to reach and water rather hot even on the lowest setting. A coat hook would be an improvement - I used the ironing board hooks I have nothing more to write in the didn't like box....

Plenty of choice for breakfast in a self service setting. Location was perfect and within walking distance of some great places to eat out. I found their luggage storage facility really useful.

I can't really think of anything negative to say about this place.

Superb

We felt very well. Confortable beds, clean sheets and towels. Everything was working as it should. Nice to stay. Nice location, quiet and good connection by bus. Is not in Central London but at 20 minutes by bus of Tower Bridge

Unclean and Scruffy - Avoid !

Nothing.

Holes in the bedding. Marks on the bedding. Wallpaper peeling off. Cigarette ash on the windowsill from whoever stayed preciously. Dirty walls. Dirty curtains with odd stains. Very tatty. Very noisy wiry constant traffic noise throughout the night. Desperate for an update and redecorating and new bedding. Would not stay again.

I would never recommend to stay in this property because the rooms were dirty even the bathrooms had cockroaches. Poor service

Superb

Central location. Walking distance to plenty of shops and take aways. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms have a fridge and safe for you to use.

It was a bit snug, windows didn't open. Furniture was a tad bit dated BUT extremely clean.
