Good location and convenient for stay

- Very close to Nice Ville train station - Although arrived late night (outside reception hours), the key collection was very smooth - Room was larger and cleaner than expected.

Checked in after office hours, so had to go to an office a little further away the next day to pay City Tax

Nice and quiet. Not too far away from the train station. Lovely and clean.

Maybe some complementary Tea/coffee & milk wouldn't have gone a miss. The bed should face the TV.

Feeling cheated and robbed

We stayed in these apartments for 8 days with two children. The first time we encountered the requirement to make a deposit of 500 euros at check in. The money was frozen on the card. On the day of check out they unfroze it. But what was our surprise when we accidentally discovered while looking through our expenses, some time later, that the hotel had charged us 100 euros without our knowledge and when the deposit was already refunded to us! We wrote them a message asking them to explain why this had happened. In response, the hotel sent us pictures of the apartment, the way we left it and wrote that we had to clean it. It is not the guests responsibility to clean the apartment, it is the owner's responsibility. We could not reach booking.com to resolve this issue. I tried to phone them and to enter my booking confirmation number and PIN code, but it did not work. And I tried to write an e-mail also, but failed to receive the answer. It remains only to apply to the police for unauthorized withdrawal of money from the card.

MYFLAT NICE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The apartments showed in the photos are totally different from the real one they gave you. The place was disgusting unclean and super dirty. Don’t suggest anybody to deal with this company again.

Very good

Plenty of room, easy access to the two balconies, air conditioning was efficient and effective, kitchen facilities were good. Being on the 5th floor, there was very little noise from the street.

Collecting the key was simple, but finding the access gate took a little more time. The TV remote was missing, though I didn't care for myself as I wasn't staying in Nice to watch TV.

This is not for beginners; better to choose a proper hotel

The apartment is very nice in general - it was clean and smelled fresh. The AC was working and the shutters were great. The staff appeared warm, nice, welcoming and professional. Only upon the checkout we were a bit annoyed by the fact that we were advised to drop the keys at Rue de la Buffa office by 10am. However, the office stayed closed despite the informed opening hours and we wasted our time waiting and figuring out the situation.

The location is not great for a short-term visit. Line 20 bus stop is nearby tho! More than that, I was greatly stunned by the lack of necessities in the accommodation - if two pax stay for five nights, more than 0,5 rolls of toilet paper and two coffee capsules are needed. Never before have I had to buy my own toilet paper in a paid holiday accommodation! The apartment had two tv’s but zero working ones. Also we got stuck in a trash alley as none of the given keys worked and we could not get the door open back into the building. Luckily we found our way out without having to make a scene.

We got the key from a booking office 10 minutes away Microwave wasn't working Crockery and utensils dirty and some were old TV not working, washing machine leaked all over bathroom floor The agents tried to resolve the issues quickly Mould round sink, fitment needs replacing. Views from the balcony and sitting room are great. It was a delight to waken up to that each morning, and nighttime views were lovely too. Early morning sunshine on the balcony and shade in the evening time. The air conditioning worked really well and was essential. Cooker and fridge were adequate for a short stay . Supermarket is a 3 minute walk away and was well stocked . Jean Médecin Tram line 2 is 210m away from accommodation. Please be aware that the accommodation on Bd Victor Hugo and the reception office for Aparthotel Riviera are totally separate...read your email information carefully.

The bedroom was a bit cramped and new /softer pillows would have been nice. The curtain area in bedroom which concealed the washing machine etc looked a bit tired. There was only one chair on the balcony for the two of us.

Poor

First of all, we booked for two apartments to be near each other. However, they happen to be several buildings away. Keep in mind that the other apartment is for my daughter who likes to join us for meals or bonding in general but wants privacy when sleeping. It was a great hassle for her to walk back and forth from her apartment to ours. We tried to get in one of the apartments. Unfortunately, we were not given the code needed for the elevator to open. It was nighttime and we were stuck in the lobby area with a bunch of luggages and bags. We tried using the code for the box (the box where the key was placed) but that code didn’t work. We looked for a code in the instructions given to us, only to find that there was no other code. Plus, we were new to the place and didn’t have WiFi or data. After a long period of waiting in the lobby (where there were no proper chairs or couches), a resident had come out of the elevator. We desperately asked for his help. He gave us the code for the elevator. It was because of him that we got in. Later on during our stay, the WiFi in our daughter’s apartment had stopped working. That night, she had slept alone without an internet connection. This meant she had no way of communicating with us. If something had happened to her, we would’ve had no way of knowing. We had a tour for Monaco the next morning. That morning, we texted and called our daughter via Viber. These efforts proved themselves useless as she had no WiFi. We had to wait for someone to open the entrance door of our daughter’s apartment complex so that we could get in and tell her that we were late and the tour van was waiting for us. The next night, she slept on our apartment couch. Although she was uncomfortable, she could use the WiFi and feel more safe and relaxed. We complained about the WiFi to your office but the issue was not resolved (we were told that the entire building didn’t have WiFi). Our daughter had to walk back and forth between our apartments as

Lovely, comfortable, convenient!

Great location and it worked out very well for two couples. Well, we got the best room, with a window and a pleasant view, but our friends were satisfied with second choice, windowless, and didn't mind that light from the living room would shine through the glass blocks that made up part of the wall. Furnishings were updated and attractive; all very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed, except perhaps a good knife. We loved having a washer and dryer - the best dryer I have encountered in France in the past 15 years. Host communicated well and we appreciated the flexibility about our arrival time.

Do NOT change the location of the hotel wilfully!!!

Just near the beach, but can not see the beach from the terrace.

Exceptional

Perfect for beach lovers, the terrace is big and the view is amazing. 2min to the beach. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. I like that it's a secure building.

Nice is a big town, this apartment is in the middle of the promenade so it's about 35min walk to old town Nice. Was fine for me.
