House manual. Please: THEMOSTAT-The thermostat is in the main floor hallway. The evenings are delightfully cool, so you can open windows and enjoy! The tech said to NOT have it set cooler than 68, otherwise the coils will freeze up and will ruin unit. Tech suggests 73 degrees to cool, 62 to heat. There are comforters, blankets, fans in bedroom closets. 3 blankets in livingroom.
TRASH: Please throw trash, uneaten food from fridge into green trash bin and recyclable items into blue recycle bin, both with YELLOW ropes on the handles to ID them as mine. They are located next to the garage. At the end of the visit, empty all trash cans in home. Early Thursday morning at 7 a.m. is trash day. They are to be set on the public street curb, facing the street. (not in the cul de sac) Please return them next to the garage after they are emptied. If they are not next to the garage when you arrive, they may still be on the street curb. Please bring them up to the side garage. Blinds info in home.Please use coasters so furniture is not further damaged.If you are more comfortable rearranging/ moving furniture/household items, please move them back.When you are out of the home, please don't leave on any appliance such as the dishwasher (not even in dry cycle- please turn off completely) turn off coffee pot, off washer, off clothes dryer, etc. when you leave the home. SECURITY SYSTEM AND SECURITY CAMERAS: I will address your concerns. Cameras are mostly battery operated so I have extra cameras in case batteries fail. They are pointing to the outside driveway/ outside front door and outside back yard. Do not tamper with cameras and connections.There is also one camera in the garage.

Drinking water from the kitchen faucet. Please wipe your feet on the provided entrance rugs because pebbles and asphalt damage floors. Please blot up any and all spills on flooring and on furniture. PARKING: Per covenants there is to be no parking in the small Cul de Sac leading to my home: Parking is permitted on my cement private driveway, no more than 2 vehicles, side by side, pulled all the way up into the driveway. Yes, it is tight for larger vehicles. Please do not block turn- around area at the end of my cement driveway.If your vehicle leaks oil, please protect the driveway. Note: You may park 1 vehicle in the garage, it is a tight fit. In the driveway, do not leave anything in the vehicle or glovebox, Santa Fe is experiencing vehicle break-ins throughout the city. The “Nextdoor” app video shows thieves with flashlights peering into vehicles. A neighbor left wallet in his truck, it was broken-into. Keep couch covers on the light colored furniture .I suggest you raise the blinds for the stunning morning view, but the direct West sun heats up the loft in the afternoon, so I suggest you lower the blinds before you leave for the day. (The treadmill is not available for use.) The loft has a half wall that opens to the front entry below, please no climbing or sitting on the half wall. Patio has 3 sets of decorative lights..Turning them on might involve plugging in the extension cords which is easier than turning them on at the outlet.Turn them off during the day and when they are not being used. The putting green and turf are petroleum based and are flammable so please do not put gas grill or wood burning firepit on the turf or putting green. Home is on a golf course with possible stray balls, snow, rain and ice can make patios and driveway slippery. FIRE COLUMN, GAS GRILL, WOOD FIRE PIT-After using, turn all gas valves OFF otherwise the propane can leak and tanks will empty. There may be 3 propane gas tanks, 2 are hooked up. One is a spare next to the home. Note: IF they are empty and you want to use them, you can bring empty tanks to Walmart and they will exchange it for a full one for a fee of around $24. I do my best to keep them full, but, this is notice that they could be empty. NO MAILED TO BE DELIVERED TO USPS MAILBOX- it cannot be accessed by guests. The house was lovely - very clean and complete with everything you might need during your stay like extra toiletries, blankets, games(indoor and outdoor). The house was quite spacious and had great outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining. The house was a quick drive into Santa Fe and to grocery stores and any other store you might need (Target, Walmart)The host was responsive and provided great information and tips for those who are new to the area regarding the climate and areas of interest. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!!

Diane is a wonderful hostess. She communicates very well with her clients. The house is very clean, had everything that we needed and the outdoor space is wonderful (although it was too cold to really use when we were there). The only reason that I gave the property a 4 instead of a 5 is that it could use some updating of furnitureand bedding. It is however, a really great property .

A nice home and could be a wonderful rental. The home lacked basic upkeep. There were years of landscape lighting and furniture on the property that were no longer in use that long ago needed to find their way to the trash. I found myself straightening and fixing instead of just enjoying. Yes it could use updating but a quick walk around (and clean up) would make the property very presentable.

The back yard is great. Our son enjoyed playing all the games at the house including shuffleboard which he's never played. Diane is an amazing host with some nice credits to her name you will find throughout the house and kudos to her son in the armed forces. The house is spotless with no dust, hair or dirt anywhere in the house. This is a nit pic, but it would be nice if the accessories were a little more up to date such as doorknobs and hinges switched to something other than brass, faucets updated and kitchen appliances updated. Our house was built in 1996 and I know the pain of updating these items but it's well worth the investment.

A stitch in time
We abruptly found ourselves (3 older couples) without a timeshare we were depending on for a week’s rental. This property accommodated us on very short notice with great hospitality in a lovely 3 bedroom, two and a half home with many conveniences. The location is south of downtown, but with ample food shopping and restaurants nearby. It is only a short drive to the plaza area and very quiet. We were entirely satisfied with our stay and grateful for the owner’s quick response to our needs. It is a perfect house if you enjoy preparing some of your meals - every tool uou might desire.

We rented this property to escape the heat in Texas. And play some golf. The owner Diane was a great communicator and gave us a list of places to see while in Santa Fe. The house was very clean and lots of windows for light. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the backyard patio.

This home is well cared for and is right on the golf course. One bedroom downstairs with a shower and jacuzzi. Two bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. The backyard has been converted into a putt-putt course which is lots of fun. The backyard is very relaxing with chairs, tables, and many different games.

Title says it all- our stay was great. Diane communicated with me from booking until check out, taking the time to customize our stay by accommodating games to leave out for my children- to snacks and drinks she graciously left at the house for us. The house is spacious, clean, and entertainment friendly. Diane really takes pride in her home and making the stay as enjoyable as possible. Before we even got to the house she provided suggestions for things to do in the area and know ing that we were coming to ski- she provided insight into the the local ski areas. Our first trip to Santa Fe was a great success, thanks Diane!

Our family loved staying here. We arrived late and were greeted with a basket of snacks and cold drinks and a sweet note from the owner. Our kids loved playing in the back yard. We had a wonderful time.

A Wonderful Place to Stay
We rented this house on our recent family vacation to Santa Fe. This house was everything we could have hoped for and then some. The house itself was perfect for our family (kids upstairs at night and us with the downstairs to our selves). But when you add in the amazing back yard set up and golf course views it takes this property to the next level! We spent every night on the patio with take out so our kids could enjoy the back yard and we could enjoy the perfect Santa Fe weather.
Diane went out of her way to take care of us during our stay. She was quick to respond and super friendly. We would 100% stay here again and it would be our first choice on our next trip to Santa Fe

Great Experience
My family and I had a great week in Santa Fe. The house was the perfect size with great features, including the back yard. All Santa Fe locations were easy to get to from this property and Diane was more than attentive.

Great stay with lots of room
We stayed here because close to family who live here in Santa Fe. For us good location with good room to spread out when needed. Diane had muffins and cold drinks in refrigerator waiting for us which was nice. Great communication with Diane. Will consider this property again when we visit again.

Beautiful Home!
We had such a great time in this home! Diane left some welcome treats which was so nice after a long drive in town! Beautiful views of the mountain and quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to get to from downtown to the mountain for skiing! We will for sure recommend this home to our friends and plan another visit.
