Amazing stay in Macao ! Will definitely come back

Amazing hotel ! Everything was perfect! +location (at the heart of Macao’s cotai strip) +room was very spacious and comfortable +spa was on point +Michelin restaurant (Chinese) was top And most importantly guest relations , beyond amazing , special thanks to Noémie Duron who made sure everything was going smoothly.

Room service was ok, but pizza’s were very bad , however Chinese specialities were good. Just a little thing.

Exceptional hotel in every way.

Exceptional staff everywhere. Vanessa at front desk particularly helpful sorting out something urgent for us. Breakfast so good. Lovely pool area. Location excellent, linked up to all the major casino hotels, but still very quiet and low key.

Best Hotel in Macao

it is amazing service provided from Four season. Upgrade us to a beautiful suit and help me to re-arrange birthday cake and resturants. This trip is memerable for me and my wife. Thanks to Merci Leung at the reception and show us the room and facilities. As well as Venpan, who assist me with all the booking online and pre-arrangements. Appreciated for great services.

A relaxing escape in Cotai!

I was impressed with the check-in process. We arrived early on a busy Easter Sunday so I knew we would not be able to get into our room. But Becky provided excellent tips on places to see during our visit, and took our bags so we did not need to lug them to a valet for storage. She also personally showed us how to get to the Venetian. The warm welcome made me glad I booked Four Seasons Macau over other nearby hotels. The upstairs room hallways are bright and luxurious, and our room was immaculate, spacious and welcoming. I swam in the one heated pool around 5pm, which was comfortable and not crowded. I also booked massages in the spa and was really happy to get a late evening booking. Oftentimes spas are closed then. The couples treatment room had a hot filled jacuzzi and steam room ready for our use. The therapists were skilled and the massage table and room amenities were great. Best way to end the day!

The only challenge during our stay was getting taxis. On a busy holiday, they were in short supply and there is no hotel shuttle to the ferry at Cotai or other destinations. We walked wherever possible. I also found the Macau Taxi app very useful to hire cabs.

My stay in the hotel was truly amazing.

ameneries and the service of all department crews were exeptional especially Michelle, Ivan and Victoria in the reception area they were very polite and accomodating. it was my first time but definitely not the last.

mosquitos in the pool area. but somehow totally understandable since it’s on outdoor location and climate reasons. so no big deal.

Super professional staff. Imagine a hotel where the staff is properly trained to understand your needs, and is capable to provide you an amazing stay. This is Four Season in Macau. Just one of the best hotels I've ever stayed!

Amazing room and swimming pool, polite and nice staff

Amazing swimming pools and room with a nice view. Breakfast a la carte was very good. Staff at breakfast and the ones that cleaned our room were polite and made us feels at home. The app works very well and our requests were immediately met.

Staff at the sauna, jacuzzi, etc are too intrusive. Always trying to be pleasant they become anoying. They took several times the robe and towels I was still using. I felt watched and not relaxed. The massage was not up to four seasons standards. I love the hot stone massage but it was the first spa where the stones were too hot. Gym could use some improvement - more mirrors to watch the movement at the smith machine, a step, etc - but it is good enough for holidays.

Spent a wonderful night at Four Seasons

I didn’t tell the hotel it was birthday in advanced but the precise staff noticed that day was my birthday and she helped to upgrade the room with Eiffel Tower view and also asked for preparing a birthday cake for me. That was so kind and sweet! Also, every staff there was so nice and helpful! And hotel itself is impeccable! Really enjoy my stay at Four Seasons!
