Fabulous 2night stay

Beautiful Hotel with lovely rooms spacious balcony with fabulous views of the ocean

So disappointed they don’t switch the in room fridges on you have to ask for a cold drink

Good

Noise from the events at the restaurant every other day; I don’t think it is fair to proclaim you are a secluded and quiet luxury retreat if you allow outsiders to throw parties every other day with loud music.

great location, great beach, rooms good but overall it needs money spending on it to bring it into the 2020s and to just

great location, rooms are ok

the place is tired, it needs a huge refresh. bar and food options are poor.

Beautiful honeymoon on the beach!

We loved the location and the quaint size of the hotel, so you didn’t feel like you were staying in a huge resort or anything. Also, after meeting other tourists around the island we quickly realized that west coast is the best coast for calm serene waters :) so glad we booked here !

great rooms and location but I wouldn’t stay again.

location was excellent - rooms were great too with a great sea view.

Generally the hotel looks tired. the biggest problem was the staff - poor attitude and no urgency at all. not what you expect from a 5 star at all.

Pleasant

Meals were very slow. There weren’t enough staff for any of the meals. The main restaurant looks very tired but the food was overall good. The beach was amazing as was the water. The beach staff were very friendly as were the locals

There is no spa. The communication at front desk wasn’t great and timings were often not correct. Meal times service was very slow but generally all the staff were friendly.

Excellent Trip

Perfect location to restaurants, clean, comfortable, every room has an amazing ocean view. The staff was incredible. Would stay here again 100%.

A soulless stay and needs much improvement

The beach and location are great

The food was very very disappointed and not as advertised with only half the menu on offer . Breakfast took over an hour most days and it was only ok

Really good but wouldn't come again

Food was delicious but limited choice. Good in room services and mostly they were polite.

The pool was awful, incredibly deep and offered little for our kids to do. They couldn't go anywhere beyond the second step. It was also very sharp and we all cut our feet. The food was really good but so so expensive. It felt like they were just after our money.

Superb

Located on the beach, easy access. The room was ground floor level with a fantastic private patio with loungers overlooking the sea. Breakfast was included in the room rate and the choice and quality of food was amazing. Also included was Afternoon Tea which was lovely.

Nothing we didn't like which was due to hotel or location. Just Covid measures still in place and a curfew on the island so the evenings were very quiet everywhere.

Loved the bedroom but unfortunately the rest of the hotel was abit tired . Not many guests so you would have thought they would have made sure that the rest of the hotel was looking amazing as they had the time

A fantastic place to stay

The hotel is luxury from the moment you enter through the gates. It gets even better when you are introduced to the staff members. I can genuinely say that I have received some of the best customer service I have ever had in this hotel.

My only wish is that they had a specific spa parlour located within the hotel itself.

Good

Perfect location and beach area. The rooms are nicely renovated and comfortable with lovely Le Labo toiletries. People are very friendly.

All things food were below par - on top the main restaurant was closed further restricting the dining options on site, or the room service. Common areas are needing some tlc (gym, tennis court fence, Taboras, etc) and internet connectivity was a bit of an issue.
