Seikkailua Saarenmaalla

Kaunis hotelli kaikinpuolin, moderni. SPAn puoli oli viihtyisä ja onneksi myös rauhallinen koska ei ollut kovin suuri. Lämmitetty ulkoallas oli ihana, lämpimänä kesäpäivänä varmasti hieno paikka välillä uida ja välillä loikoilla terassilla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone oli kaunis ja sängyt olivat hyvät. Aamupala oli hyvä, buffetpöytä oli hieman ahdas kiertää kun ihmisiä oli paljon. Sijainti hyvä, lyhyt matka ravintoloihin ym. Pysäköinti löytyy, ilmainen. Hinta-laatusuhde todellakin kohdallaan!

Minijääkaappi olisi ollut plussaa huoneessa. Span puolella oli tilausjärjestelmä millä pystyi tilaamaan juotavaa span puolelle, tilausohjeet olivat selkeät ja tilaus näytti että meni perille asti. Puolen tunnin odottelun jälkeen lähdin respaan kysymään asiasta niin kävi ilmi ettei tilausjärjestelmä ollutkaan jostain syystä toiminut, asia saatiin kuitenkin tämän respareissun jälkeen hoidettua.

Good relaxation and fantastic surroundings, lot of things to visit and experience.

Excellent location, interesting design, good spa offers. Lavish and very tasty breakfast choices (as a fish and seafood lover I especially appreciated wonderful fish dishes). Welcoming and kind staff.

Just few more things in spa would be excellent.

Tööreisiks sobilik ööbimiskoht

Vaikne asukoht kesklinnas ja parkimise sai ruumipuudusest hoolimata korraldada. SPA oli kasutatav. Restoranis öhtusöögil väga osavõtlik teenindaja. Voodites puhas voodipesu, voodi mugav.

Rahvast oli hommikusöögil seekord liiga palju selle ruumi jaoks ja seetõttu oli kohvijärjekord ja asjad lõppesid. Toas ei olnud riiete kuivatustoru. SPA riided tuli märjalt kaasa pakkida. Froteerätikud tubades kõvad ja karedad, vajaksid vahetust või töötlust. Hommikumantlid väikese suurusega ja meestel või suurematel naistel ebamugav kasutada. Dushiruumis ei olnud ühtegi riiulit kuhu panna šampooni ja dušhigeeli.. variandid põrand või loputuskast. Restoranis oli võimalik leida väga head kvaliteetveini, aga seda serveeriti selle veini jaoks sobimatus klaasis. SPA mullivanni kloorisisaldus pani köhima ja silmad kipitama.

Great location, child friendly environment.

Great location. Our child loved the pool. Comfortable beds. A great gesture that made our child feel special and welcome - the same robe as parents, only in his size. Nice!

The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. As a result, many were standing and waiting in line. Too crowdy.

The spa area has 2 pools with water massage options, 3 types of saunas and a warm jacuzzi. The room is small but quiet and comfortable with shower facilities. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a lot to choose from

Unfortunately it was very difficult to call the service staff in the spa area when you wanted to order drinks

Good for a night's stay when it's not too hot outside and not a lot of visitors, nice breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious, the coffee great. The bed was nice and not too soft, there was some storage space for clothes and bathrobes. The outdoor pool was a great addition to the otherwise small spa area. There were some parking spaces right in front of the hotel and we managed to get one, so that was nice. Great location, basically right next to the main restaurants, close to the castle as well.

No mini fridge in the room, no place to dry swimwear, the drain of the sinks/shower seemed clogged, no AC in the room, very small spa area (especially compared to Grand Rose or GOSpa), the receptionists came off as annoyed. I'd imagine the room would heat up to an uncomfortable level in warmer weather.

The location was really good. We also liked the spa facilities. The quality of the breakfast food is good and the selection is ok.

The room was a disappointment. The room was really hot (no air conditioning) and the bed was uncomfortable. Nothing dried in the bathroom, so the towels were always wet. Overall the room did not correspond to the standard of a four-star hotel.

Very good

Good spa, comfortable room, wide choice of food for breakfast.

Shower room is too dark. The light above the mirror would be really reasonable to add. You would not expect some noisy cleaning work just under your window at 8am in Spa hotel. This spoiled a bit our rest.

Pleasant

Staff was friendly, spa area was pleasant and the location was perfect.

No a/c in the room, bathroom was extremely tiny and bathroom didn't have enough towel hooks.

Superb value for money

Great central location, wonderful breakfast with Baltic food choice I’ve never seen anywhere before, stylish design of the building, free parking, great saunas

Size of bathroom as the entrance to the shower is around 30cm. Interesting investment decisions for the hotel - great wc, but poor shower head that is small and not moving. Swimming pool was a bit cold (but it is understandable due to the winter and high utilities)

Ok with some fixable things which would make it excellent

Room was ok, beds ok and breakfast not good but reasonable. Location perfect, close to restaurants and city center. Enough space for car and hotel was easy to find. Bathropes and slippers in the room. Room could have minibar or fridge.

Air ventilation did not work as expected and air in the room went heavy so you need to open the windows. Sad because then you also let the cold winter air inside and you're wasting energy which you could use to heat the pool to right temp. Spa was dissapointment because main pool water was really cold and surely not +28C. Hardly +20C. Found under the bed some dangerous 230v connection for lights so look under your beds if you have children, pets etc. Shower was little bit odd because of shower wall was open from the center and whole bathroom was wet after showering. Breakfast could have more fresh or steamed vegetables etc. Now not so healthy options.

Cozy nice good bargain spa hotel

Clean room, nice staff, tasty breakfast and good food at restaurant, good steak even though the waiter did not ask how to prepare it (fortunately, it was medium, as we initially wanted:)) nice and not overload spa (been there on workdays).

It was very cold in the room at arrival, bc window was left open. But it got warm in the end util we had to go to bed. Shower does not have doors so you have to be careful for flooding the bathroom. Walls are very thin. Last night was a nightmare as a loud company was chatting and laughing till 2AM and we had only a couple of hours for sleep.
