Welcoming, comfortable, good location

Got a phone call to check our expected arrival time, and also a phone call to tell us we had left something behind! In the past when we have left items we don’t usually know until we return home so much appreciated that we were able to collect the item before returning home.

Really nice, comfortable stay, unit had everything we needed, and the location was excellent. The man at the front desk was lovely, his restaurant recommendation was perfect.

There’s some road noise - we weren’t bothered by it (it was a Friday night of a holiday weekend so to be expected on a main road) but other guests may be sensitive to it.

An excellent spot, with friendly staff

We needed to stay in the st Albans/Merivale area and the location was perfect for us. There are lots of good cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. It suited us very well

Was visiting my home town and it felt like home.

Very comfortable room (complete with washing machine), great location and nice shower. Walking distance to some nice cafes and Merivale Mall. Possible to walk to city for those who like to stroll. Will, the manager, was very friendly and offered me an upgrade, as well as help when I needed an alternative for a single night. I had a car for some of the time and the motel has free parking.

Superb

Lovely spacious room with large modern bathroom. Everything felt very clean and it was serviced daily. Although the property is situated on a busy road, our apartment was at the back so no traffic noise. It had a small balcony if we wanted to sit outside. Manager very friendly and helpful.

nice and close to everything, had everything we needed, clean and tidy. staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again
