overall a bit disappointing could probably get better value elsewhere would not stay again

pool area open plan kitchen lounge area staff where excellent whenever we had issues and we had a few

we had issues with a bat coming in at night in the open roof area above kitchen staff tried really hard to move them on but no good 😤the villa we stayed in right opposite reception could do with a renovation

idyllic villa in prime location

The pool and the location of villa. Very spacious and good entertaining area

The toiletries weren’t refreshed much in terms of toilet paper tissues and coffee. We were told to turn music down which we believe was an acceptable volume considering it was 3pm in the arvo and such a large outdoor space. One of the nights a neighbours alarm kept us up all night from 12am to 9am until we left the villa for breakfast. No restaurant on site facilities for snacks or refreshments. The stove igniter stopped working after the first day which lead us to purchasing a lighter to be able to make coffee in the morning as it was not an electrical kettle. Ants build up after small amounts off kitchen access. Daily maintenance noise from building site right behind us that sounded like they were banging on walls. The front desk wasn’t always manned so when we went to ask for assistance we found ourselves just doing it ourselves

Private villa close to the shops in Seminyak. We loved having our own pool that we could jump in at any time of the day/night! Lots of space for a small group of 3. Bathrooms were lovely! Staff were also beautiful.

A few mosquitos at night time due to the outdoor living area. Needed repellant.

A perfectly peaceful stay in the heart of Seminyak!

Excellent location in the heart of Seminyak but so quiet and peaceful. Loved the open layout and the pool was excellent to cool off at any time. Aircon in the bedrooms worked very well and the provision of filtered water was great as it meant we didn’t need to buy many plastic bottles over our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive!

Alizee villas was great and we will definitely be back!

The location is great, just off of the main strip in Seminyak - a quick 5 minute walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Along with the staff who were polite and helpful. The free arranged shuttle driver was great very polite and was a great tour guide.

The bathrooms were very nice however being a open roof this allowed for them to get very muggy, but this is a minor problem.

Amazing stay!

The staff were super lovely, amazing location - not too far or too close to everything! Had a money exchange place next door and many other places! Cleaning everyday which was amazing

Grear location, staff and pool.

Great location, close to everything, but super quiet. Huge amount of night time rain, but not a drip came in to any covered area. Fantastic size pool and pool area. Large outdoor undercover area. Super clean and endless drinking water. Staff were lovely and they let us store our luggage prior to the stay when we went to the islands. We also used their laundry service which was excellent and well priced.

the only thing would be to have some pool lounges, rather than the deck chairs.

Close to convenience stores, 2 blocks from main shopping and bar area. Very nice staff.

Great little 2 bedroom Villa. A little dated but has still very good value.

Father is in a wheelchair and the doors have quite large hobs (stepovers). This is in no way the property's fault.

Comfortable stay.

Fantastic location . Cathy and her team were attentive and quick to respond to requests . Everything is within walking distance. We had a slight problem with one of the villas. Cathy attended to it personally and moved us to another one . Are there better properties around ? Yes. But this was warm, cosy , friendly and safe. And i would recommend it to any friend without a doubt.

Villas are a bit dated and the air conditioning remotes don't work very well.

We had a fantastic time, but maybe need new seating cushions as sitting on concrete was really hard

We had to wait till someone arrived but all good location was fantastic

They need to have someone on front desk in mornings and need better deck chairs for around pool.

we ended up getting quiet sick from Bali belly and the owner came to check on us and allowed us to have a late check out as we were all so unwell. highly recommend this villa, everyone was so lovely and only one street back from the main strip.

Loved it would definitely recommend

Keys were available to pick up and we even got an early check in. The villa was lovely and great location. Staff were so helpful and arranged for a driver to collect us at the airport who we then used for our day trip

Beds weren’t very big and a bit hard! We got a bit excited on the first day and were told to be a bit quieter (sorry our fault!) but it doesn’t actually say anything about it being a family resort anywhere

The host was nice The property is well located. Older property Housekeeping was done daily - clean villa As first time visitors we now know that the value for money is not here, however saying this we enjoyed our stay. Pool is beautiful I wouldn't stay again as found it uncomfortable during days where we stayed in due to concrete couch.

The built in concrete couch is extremely uncomfortable with poor padding which made relaxing problematic unless you were prepared to go to the bed room(No TV) Would suggest the seats be covered with a lot thicker padding - and additional softer seating be provided in lounge area. We could not relax on the couch at all. No microwave. No pool gear Pool beanbags over filled couldn't sit on them. Need netting over beds as we were smothering ourselves with bug spray to avoid getting bitten at night - bug zapper was ineffectual. Construction work going on next door from 8am until 5/6pm every day which was not disclosed - this included weekends. I raised on Day 8 of our stay - no reply from host but the work did stop for the next 4 hours on that day - this was nice, however started again the next day. This is no problem if your out but on the lazy days at the villa - very intrusive and noisy - I did consider leaving the villa. The work was being done next to the bathroom window and felt like there was no privacy.If work is being done - it should have been disclosed at booking and price reduction offered as it did impact our stay considerably. I would have expected the host to also at least reply when I sent the query about the work being done. While having the work stop for 4 hours was considerate - it felt like a sort of acknowledgement but no apology or discussion? And then the work recommenced the very next day. I would also ask questions when booking if your getting Villa 2 about what is being built as the construction was directly on the bathroom and bedroom walls and you could hear everything including general conversations. For two days the villa directly next to the pool was having roof work done with workman on the roof who could see directly into our villa - again very intrusive and lacked privacy. Property is older and needs some work but it is lovely. For the price needs upgrading and more amenities i.e. breakfast or lunch service.
