Only a 10 minute walk into town.

Room was a standard Ibis room. Quite near the train station

Hôtel bien placé pour faire un tour en ville. Parking compliqué à trouver ( petite ruelle avant l’hôtel )

Amazing staff at a great central location.

Great breakfast. Hot and cold choices. Staff were fantastic at helping us wit an issue we had with a rental car. Couldn't have asked for more.

enjoyable stay the staff we’re very good.

typical Ibis clean no frills and value for money. Parking for motorcycles round the back of hotel in open air. Easy walk to the centre.

Excellent breakfasts, great location.

Opposite the Gare SNCF so a bit noisy but still a very practical location.

Superb

We only stayed one night here but we were very happy with our choice! The location is perfect and the staff was friendly and very accommodating! We arrived early, way before check in time and they kept our bags while we went for lunch. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable! We definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

I arrived at the wrong ibis hotel and I kindly asked the receptionist if he could call me a taxi to the correct ibis location I explained I’m legally blind and it was dark outside and he refused to make a simple call to a taxi ( my portable was not working he insisted I leave and walk in the rain in the dark legally blind. I’m absolutely disgusted at such meanness over a simple request. I kindly suggested I’d wait will he tended to waiting customers and he still refused to make ca call to a taxi!!!!

Comfortable and pleasant stay very close to Orleans centre.

The location, the friendly staff and the fact there was a car park next to the hotel. We were welcomed warmly and check in was very efficient and quick. Our stay overall was also very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was great and varied.

The hotel telephone was OUT of ORDER !! This was a little worrying and not really not a good point.

Good.

Located opposite the Central Gare and shopping center, is the hotel pergect if you are travelling by train. Nice breakfast with croissants, very clean.

Air conditioning was too cold. Hair dryer gets too hot very fast as in Ibis hotels everywhere.
