5 hours without electricity during the evening. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room which prevented me from sleeping well.

I was there for my wedding.

friendly staff, good food

omg this is my second time booking this hotel first time was great but second time was too good . my room had that bad smell like a garbage smell although the maid came to clean the room daily , losing electricity every 1 hour :( Wi-Fi kept dropping I couldn’t do my work using the internet. my room was suite 124 please fixed that smell . it’s terrible. but food was very tasty .

Staff was nice, room size was great Junior suite, A/c works well and CNN was live was a plus

Even with the insecurity in the country I feel safe there

The room smelled and was not ready until the moment I checked in causing me to have a cold, security guard working the back gate we’re not professional and getting in guest conversations without invitation, Rude to a couple other guests I saw the

The bed was very comfy

It's written in red in the room for guests to keep their valuable belongings in the safe cause management is not responsible for losses. The safe in the room I got was damaged. The guy at the reception wanted me to pay a difference fee to change the room. The hotel needs remodeling in certain areas. Bath tubs,the doors,etc...

I love my stay at le plaza I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends

The room was clean and comfortable and you don't find that too often in Haiti, the food was delicious.

the menu was limited, I truly think they just didn't want to make what I order so was denied certain things on the menu and that was wrong
