It was ok, other than the cold shower.

We checked in rather late so we ended up having to shower with cold water. I’m not sure if they had turned off the water heater for night or if the hot water had all been used up.

Receptionists were really kind. Excellent customer service. I do reccomend for budget travellers. My room was spacious

The staff was friendly.

The hotel room looked different from the website, pool was cloudy, rooms had a foul scent, beds were not clean very dirty to the point where I could see dirt stains and even found strands of hair . It was a very uncomfortable stay. The queen room my parents stayed was horrible as well.

Perfect location, pool was nice and clean

My room was downgraded. We arrived 2 hours after check in time and room was still not ready..Bathroom was too small for family of 4, shower curtain barely helped after 1 shower the bathroom was flooded and slippery .

Disappointing

I like the staff very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water nearby for a cup of tea or a warm drink before bed.

suitable for a short stay.

The location is good, the space was quiet, the lobby area has a nice ambience, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Room service did not work for us - tried to order coffee and never got it. The bedding and pillow shams were a bit funky (the underside of the duvet was dirty and the shams had a musty smell). The bedsheets were clean. There was no floor mat for the shower the first day when we checked in and only two towels in a room booked for 4 persons. Asked for additional towels a the front desk and got one more. The internet connection was extremely poor (we were on the third floor). it worked better near the pool and in the lobby.

Our room was stink. Towels were so hard and old. Almost yellow. Receptionist was very rude. Soap was terrible. Iron was old and didn't even work good. Pool was not clean the entire time we were there. It looked cloudy. The rooms were nothing close to those pictures on booking

We really enjoyed our stay. Planning to come back with family.

I like that the receptionist was willing to assist us with or needs.

The WiFi in room 317 is too slow.. I literally had to stay be the door the get good wifi.

The location that was about it

Took long to check in, over an hour past the check in time. THEY DO NOT HAVE parking! They advertise they do but they dont, its street parking and they make you sign a document that they do not make them selves responsible!

The pool was very warm. The rooms were very easy to find. The front desk always greeted us with a smile.

Not much bad to say about the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
