Boven verwachting wat betreft ligging en prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Het hotel ligt in het oudere gebied van Abi Dhabi, maar is op zich een goede uitvalsbasis. Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en Abu Dhabi Mall. Personeel was aardig en erg behulpzaam. Kamer is een beetje out-dated qua stijl, maar heeft moderne voorzieningen. Op de bovenste verdieping een gym en zwembad. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd, met breed aanbod.

Inrichting van de kamer is wat out-dated wat meubilair betreft.

I would do it again

Al Manzel Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in Abu Dhabi. The spacious rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities, including a kitchen and washing machine, making it ideal for families and long-term stays. The location is excellent, with easy access to Abu Dhabi Mall, restaurants, and other attractions. The staff are generally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience.

There is room for improvement in the housekeeping department. While the hotel is generally clean, I have experiences a slight inconsistent cleaning standards. Paying closer attention to detail and ensuring thorough cleaning would further enhance the overall experience.

kind receptionists polite and attentive they are Filipino every week my spanish friends are always at al manzel and prai

Good base with all the facilities you could need.

All the facilities for a stay in the city, we loved having an apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Staff were very helpful and always there to answer any questions.

located close to my office. supermarket and fast food close by.

pool and gym weren’t very good. decoration was fairly scruffy but clean enough. a few dodgy odours in corridors…….too convenient to fast food outlets. chicken shawarma next door was too tempting……..

Amazing stay

We had an amazing experience in Al manzel. I have been booking regularly and this time the manager suggested to upgrade us because we faced a few issues in the first room. He put us in a more spacious one bed and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone from staff to receptionist was sweet with us and they allowed us to check-in late as well. Thanks a lot we will be coming bakc!

Almost everything.

The weather outside was bad due to sandstorm. I requested for a face towels for my children to cover their face as we checked out (took a walk to go home) but it took sometime to approved. Anyhow still thankful though but in those circumstances hope they do abrupt consideration and decision for small things. Overall, we had our great stay. Thanks Charmie
