Exquisite Lage, aber leider mangelhafter Kundenservice!

Super Ausblick.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben in dem Hotel zwei Nächte in einem großen Doppelzimmer mit Jacuzzi zum erholen aus dem Alltagsstress gebucht. Wir sind spät in der Nacht angereist und nach dem Frühstück wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Jacuzzi defekt ist. Wir dürfen ihn nicht nutzen und es kommt ein Handwerker, d.h. wir konnten bis 16 Uhr unser Zimmer gar nicht benutzen, da ein Handwerker dort zugange war. Der Jacuzzi hat nach der Reparatur funktioniert. Bei der Abreise hatte ich das ganze moniert, weil für mich nicht die Leistung erbracht werden konnte, die ich gebucht hatte. Leider war kein entgegenkommen seitens des Personals. Wir mussten den vollen Zimmerpreis ohne Entschädigung zahlen. Unfassbar tolle Regendusche, die aber leider dringend gereinigt und entkalkt werden sollte.

Great Croatian holiday at Bevanda, Opatija!

Great hotel with fantastic sea view! Friendly staff, especially Filip!

The music from the bar is too loud. We had dinner at the excellent restaurant at Bevanda and everything was great except for too loud music from the next door bar.

Great spacious room with a sea view. Great restaurant. Breakfast could be better though. Fresh fruits and berries would be much appreciated. This nice hotel is 10 meters away from the sea but it doesn’t have its own beach, there is a beach club next door.

Be aware

Air condition was out of the function over the weekend.From Friday when we checked in until Monday afternoon.Room temperature went up to 28,2 degrees.They said it is a weekend and they are not able to fix it.Breakfast is a la carte,limited options,and they were out of smoothie,ham and granola.Hilarious.In a room they charge for coffee pods and tea.Never again.

Beautiful surroundings but room was a bit weird

The view is spectacular! Breakfast was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable

The room smelled like cigarette smoke from the bar directly downstairs. The shower drain wouldn’t drain quick enough so you were immediately standing in water. The thermostat didn’t work so we had to call reception every time we wanted the temperature changed. The TV was not intuitive and took a few minutes each time to get to normal TV.

Superb

Staff is great and professional. Everything was really clean. Really liked content of the room and the balcony is nice and private with great view.

In Small double room bed is little bit too small for two people and the pillows could be better. It is my personal preference soo dont let this be something negative. Next time we will definitely book room with extra large bed if I would come alone this Small double room would definitely be my choice.
