Perfect! Clean as a whistle. Unbelievable views, our favourite apartment ever! Thank you Lucky, we loved it. Nothing that hadn't been thought of.

This place is awesome, the view is amazing and everything in the apartment was in excellent condition. The host was extremely flexible and welcoming, there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. The toilets, showers and kitchen are all big enough for 4 adults and have everything you might need during your stay. Parking is right at the property behind the closed gate so your vehicle is safe during your stay. Of course, the view is the highlight of the place, there are few properties with a view of the city and the beaches like this one has.

The only downfall is the distance to the beach, this property is not for the "lazy" either you have to climb a few stairs or drive to the beaches. But the price is worth the view in the evening when you will be sipping prosecco from the great balcony

Very warm welcome by the owner at arrival. The apartment has all comfort and is an amazing place to stay with an exceptional view! Everything was very clean, according to me one of the best places to stay in Opatija.

There is no elevator, 102 stairs up from the garage but actually this did not bother us. Not bad to have a bit of workout during holiday!

Superb

The name of this apartment is program. Breathtaking view all day long! Very comfy bedrooms and chilling living room.

You need to be fit for some extra stairs as the apartment is located on the top floor.

WOW, WOW, WOW Do not hesitate to book Apartment Birds View!!! Great for a family of 5. View was breathtaking, apartment is clean and newly renovated. Host was friendly and very helpful. Loved our stay in Opatija. Thank you Srecko

A million-dollar view over the Kvarner bay! The appartment is very comfortable, very clean, in excellent condition and well equipped. It was absolutely worth the trip! We‘ll be back one day!
