Ideale Lage um in den Tag zu starten

Top Lage. Nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof zu Fuß und eine U-Bahn-Station direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Es gibt typisch japanische Nahrungsmittel aber auch z. B. europäische Salate. Es gibt herzhafte sowie süße, und kalte und warme Speisen. Smoothies, Säfte, Kaffee, Tee, Milch ist selbstverständlich. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Uns wurde ermöglicht das Zimmer zu wechseln.

Das W-Lan im Zimmer hätte besser sein können. Sehr nüchtern eingerichtete Zimmer.

tutto perfetto, colazione ottima. staff disponibile con buona padronanza della lingua inglese. ottima posizione nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria con tantissime soluzioni per i pasti nei dintorni.

stanze piccole ma bene organizzate. pessimo però il letto, piccolo e acomodo

Lovely hotel and good value for money

The property was close to the city centre and close to public transport. It had lots of amenities and the staff were friendly and helpful

とても快適に過ごせました

部屋がわりと広かった宿泊日数分のウェルカムドリンクがちゃんとしたドリンクで嬉しかったホテルの方はみんな、感じ良い人達だった

冷凍のない冷蔵庫だった寝巻きのいろが結構、薄くなってた歯ブラシの毛が固くて少し笑ってしまった（感じ方は好みだと思う）

A lovely time in Kyoto

The welcome drink each night was a nice touch. The property was also inclusive of people with tattoos using the bath. The location was also excellent for catching the train and accessing Kyoto station.

The room space was an awkward configuration.

清潔感があったこと飲み物を自由に飲めたこと

諸々案内が不十分に感じた清掃の方やフロントの女性の方は感じが良かったが若い男性スタッフはマニュアル通りに動いているだけでお客さんに寄り添おうという心が感じられなかった

Gezellig mooi hotel op een goede locatie

Het is een mooi hotel op een goed locatie. Ongeveer 8 minuten lopen van Station Kyoto. Elke avond krijg je in de lounge een gratis drankje. Dit geeft een erg gezellige sfeer.

Guter Aufenthal in diesem Hotel - empfehlenswert!!

Frühstück ist grandios gut!!!! Sehr vielfältig mit verschiedenen Arten von Frühstückskultur Abends den Drink nach Wunsch!!! Die zentrale Lage. Die Innstadt war sehr gut erreichbar. Außerdem eine Metrostation direkt vor dem Hotel. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

次は、部屋着とベットメーキング、カップヌードルなどやつてもらいときことはしらせよう

さっき書きましたが、お風呂に入った後のウェルカムドリンク、生の歌を聴きながら優雅に過ごせました。九条駅のすぐ近くという条件もすごくよかったです。大浴場岩盤浴も良かったです。飲み放題のコーヒーなどの飲み物もよかったです。お部屋もきれいでした。

さっき書いたのですが、翌日もう1泊する時に、ベットメーキングや部屋着は汗をかいたりするので取り替えて欲しかったです。あと、朝食券がいっぱいで予約が取れなくカップヌードルにしたのですが、それがそのまま置かれていてゴミとして処理して欲しかったです。後は凄く快適でした。

九条駅のすぐ前という立地条件の良さと、大浴場と、岩盤浴があることと、朝食のメニューの多さと美味しさです。また、ウェルカムドリンクは、お風呂の後歌を聴きながら優雅にいただきました。美味しかったです。

2日泊まり、さらに追加でなく、1泊2日、1泊2日扱いで泊まったのですが、アメニティだけ補充しますと言われました。寝巻きは汗くさくなるので変えて欲しかったです。朝食券が1日目は取れなくてカップヌードルにしたら、そのゴミはそのまま置いてありました。汁ものなのでゴミ箱に入れられないし、洗面所にながしたら詰まるだろうと思ってそのまま机の上においたのですが、そのままでした。また、ベットメーキングもしていただけるとよかったかなと思いました。

Delightful Stay

Sakura Terrace is the perfect place to enjoy Kyoto! It's not rated at 5-stars but it definitely provides a 5-star service! The staff are incredibly welcoming and know how to treat their customers well. The rooms are gorgeous and a good size, with one of the more comfortable beds we've slept in at a hotel. We had a great view of the south side of Kyoto too. The breakfast is amazing, lots of options that taste great. Plus it's nice to hang out in the lounge for a change of scenery, or the free welcome drinks during the evenings.

There isn't a lot of storage space in the room to unpack your luggage so please bear this in mind.

I would recommend my friends to come and stay here when they come to Kyoto.

I did not take breakfast at the hotel. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and the staff are very helpful in every ways.

The size of the room is very good, one can move around easily. The sitting room reception area is very nice and I also like the public bathroom.

Awful.

good location

Room was very unclean, a guest had been staying in it beforehand. At checking informed they would not honour the Japan Domestic Travel discount and cancelled the whole booking, I had to pay again and have double paid. they said they had contacted booking.com but have not.
