Ne vaut pas ses deux étoiles et son prix

Emplacement idéal : tous les quartiers sont accessibles à pied, les transports également. Très proche également des boutiques, bars, restaurants. Excellente insonorisation avec l'extérieur : le quartier est très animé, mais dès que la fenêtre est fermée on n'a plus un son. Le petit-déjeuner est correct : un choix assez varié, le pain est excellent.

La literie est catastrophique : matelas de 6 centimètres, sur un sommier qui s'affaisse à moitié à cause du tiroir. Le lit est préparé pour une seule personne, avec une couette qui fait la moitié du lit. Le reste est dans le tiroir dessous : un deuxième oreiller et une deuxième couette aussi petite. Impossible de faire son lit de manière confortable. La chambre était propre à l'arrivée mais n'a ensuite pas été faite une seule fois en 4 nuits (il y a pourtant eu du passage : les toilettes ont été utilisées et la chasse d'eau pas tirée...). L'évier était à moitié bouché. Les lumières ne sont pas faites pour les épileptiques : le soir, il y a sans doute trop de charge sur le réseau, tout clignote ! On a fini par éteindre pour que ça soit moins désagréable.

La disorganizzazione della pulizia delle stanze. La strategia su prenotazione è da bocciare. Pur avendo chiesto la pulizia giornaliera, hanno saltato un giorno per poi trovarmi in stanza alle 8 del mattino del giorno seguente, giorno di check out, l'addetta alle pulizie mentre ancora dormivo. Premesso che il check out è previsto entro le 11 del mattino.

Unpleasant Stay

The location was great and was very walkable.

The rooms are tiny, uncomfortable and smelled bad. There was no housekeeping service and we had to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk. It is a budget hotel with an unreasonably high price for our stay. Would not go back.

Si può fare di più verso il cliente

Posizione centrale, arrivati in macchina parcheggio a pagamento vicino alla struttura peccato che non ti dicano che anche se arrivi alle 20 paghi l'intera giornata. Attenzione la pulizia è gratuita ma va richiesta peccato che non te lo dica nessuno

Modernes Stadthotel mit nettem Servicepersonal in touristenfreundlicher Lage.

Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten und Metrostation fußläufig erreichbar; Restaurants in der Nähe. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, besonders frisches Brot. Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Modern eingerichtet, nicht "abgewohnt"

Ausstattung des Zimmers etwas spartanisch, kein Schrank o.ä.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen: Aufräumen nur nach Aufforderung (geht‘s noch? Bettenmachen und drüberwischen im Bad wäre schon ausreichend und verbraucht keine Energie) Zimmer grade mal für Alleinreisende, zu zweit möchte ich mir das gar nicht vorstellen Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im zimmer- leben aus dem Koffer ( zu zweit? Na danke) Zimmertür von außen nur durch Zudreschen zu schließen Ein Handtuch musste als Bodenmatte herhalten Angebotenes Upgrade gegen geringe Bezahlung gerne angenommen- Ergebnis lautes Zimmer zur Straßenseite Gepäckaufbewahrung im Schließfach gegen Bezahlung: üblicherweise € 1,-,hier 3,50 und die sind nach dem Abschließen weg. Also bloß nichts vergessen! Raubrittertum Kein Tisch etc. bei den Schließfächern um vielleicht nachträglich was zu verstauen. Muss am Boden erledigt werden. Butterpäckchen aus Plastik beim Frühstück-was ist da nachhaltig? Angebotenes Obst ( Birne, Nektarine) hat sich erfolgreich dem Messer und den Zähnen widersetzt Teppichboden zwar gut zur Schalldämmung, aber sonst? Und das ganze zu DIESEM Preis !

Jag ville ha en kopp kaffe när vi kom till hotellet men var tvungen att ställa mig i kö bakom dem som skulle checka in så jag tog kaffet på annat ställe i Köpenhamn.

Oda beklediğimden genişti. Personel çok yardımcı oldu. Sevecen ve güler yüzlüler. Otelin konumu çok iyi, hava alanına çok rahat 6 yaşındaki oğlum ile girebildim.

Great location, clean and reasonably priced for Copenhagen.

Location was outstanding, next to castle and kings garden and easy walk to Nyhaven. Comfortable bed, great breakfast.

Bad cleaning, Racist reciptionist but amazing location

The location was fantastic, you could walk everywhere and all the metro lines pass by the area

I arrived early in the morning and was really tired so I asked if it was possible to check in early and the nice girl at the reception talked me into "upgrading" my room by paying 25 euros more and getting an instant check-in.I agreed and signed after she checked my ID- remember this !- then I went up to the room and found a dirty salad plate on the shelf and the room was not thoroughly cleaned. there was no phone in the room so I had to go back down. the girl simply said I will change your room after showing her the pic. I went up again got my bags and tried the 2nd room and the card didn't work so I had to go down again with my luggage and there was this rude guy this time who took the card saw my name said"your last name is Mohammed?" in a very unfriendly way then started asking condescending like"are you sure you read the room number right? did you check the letters?" as If I don't understand English! then he asked for my ID which is ridiculous since his colleague standing next to him already checked my ID and checked me in twice! when I asked why do you want to see my ID again he answered rudely way" No ID no new Card!". it was my birthday and I was tired and didn't want anything to ruin my trip so I just showed him my ID again and got my new card and went to my new room which still wasn't cleaned well as the pictures show but to be honest I avoided dealing with front desk again being afraid I'd run into that racist employee again and ruin my birthday trip. I even tried to ask for cleaning since none showed up during the 4 days of my stay to change towels or sheets or even take trash but the link they said I need to use to request didn't work and the housekeeping lady refused to clean the room or even give me new towels the last morning because my room wasn't "on the list"

Really kind staff. It is a budget hotel (small rooms) but location is superb, easy walk to castle

The staff were really friendly, top-notch in every way. One gentleman helped me move rooms at one point. He would not accept a tip. Because I had had a small problem, I was given a free breakfast

The only problem I noted is that the air conditioning does not work as well in the older part of the building (rooms with three digits). More of an issue in July - August than in May.

Budget room very close to Nyavn

Location is great. The room is cozy and has all the essentials and the bed is very comfortable. The Self check-in process is user frendly and intuitive.

The toilet box is semi-transparent, not great for privacy. The room cleaning need to be booked at the reception the evening before,that wasn't explained clearly and the first time our room was not cleaned

Perfect hotel for a short getaway to Copenhagen

Wake Up Hotel was more than my expectations. It has a super good location. Rooms are very clean and they have everything what you need. It was very silent during night though it's in the city center. Breakfast was perfect and price was very good. By the way... There are computers at the entrance and you can make your check in with the computers. It was very easy and convenient.

Great location, good room, chaotic breakfast

Great location with easy access to everything in central Copenhagen. Room was fine and functional and staff were helpful. Storage boxes in the basement handy on the day of checkout.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely chaos - too many guest and not enough staff to take away and replenish the food.

tight and squishy and not what I thought I was getting

the location was good

the fact that they sold two tiny rooms with an adjoining door as a ‘family room’ was severely misleading. the rooms were tiny which is fine if you know what you’re getting but that is not what they submitted as the description to booking.com. really bad room configuration layout.
