Danke ☺️, trotz kleiner Mängel war es ein toller Aufenthalt

Super freundliches Personal, online Check In problemlos. Frühstück ist reichlich und für jeden etwas dabei, Abend essen toll, schmackhaft, schön angerichtet und preislich absolut im Rahmen. Es gab eine separate Ecke, mit Tischen und Hochstühlen (bequem), sowie Loungesessel wo wir unsere Hündin zum Frühstücken und Abend essen mitnehmen konnten, für mich mega ☺️. Tolles, sauberes Hotel. Wir hatten ein tolles großes Zimmer, großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, ausreichend Handtücher, ich finde schon fast zu viele Handtücher. Den Golfern zu zuschauen war inklusive 😅 on top habe ich Bastian Schweinsteiger 🥳 gesehen, was will Frau mehr 😄. Infinity Pool etwas klein aber ausreichend, wir hatten ihn fast für uns alleine, ebenso wie den Ruhebereich. Alles in allem wir fanden es toll.

Ich will nicht meckern weil wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, aber die Schlafcouch 🙈 eine Nacht habe ich dort mit meiner Tochter geschlafen aber eigentlich war es kein Schlaf. Sobald man sich gedreht hat war es nur laut, das Bett hat nur gequietscht, was aber der Abnutzung sicher geschuldet ist. Gefehlt hat uns das Händewaschbecken im WC, da gehört es doch aber hin 😅?!

Perfect. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Heerlijk ontbijt, mooi terras. Schitterend uitzicht. Heerlijke bedden en geweldig personeel. Echt top!! Warm zwembad.

Sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage am Ortsrand direkt am Golfplatz. Tolle Aussicht. Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Zu wenig Liegen auf der Terrasse am Pool.

Wunderschöne Erholung inmitten der Berge

Die Umgebung und das Panorama waren wunderschön! Der Service war großartig. Der Wellnessbereich auf dem Dach bot beste Entspannung! Die Juniorsuite war sehr geräumig und stimmig ausgestattet. Beim leckerem Frühstück konnte man über den herrlichen Golfplatz blicken und in der Bar bei Vino den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

Die Kissen gefielen uns persönlich nicht.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stylisch. Ein sehr ansprechendes Design und auch die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Leider den Preis nicht wert. Wir haben rund 500 Euro / Nacht bezahlt und dafür keinen Handtuchwechsel (nur wenn wir selbst abgeholt haben) keine Zimmerreinigung o.ä. erhalten. Das ist im Skiurlaub wirklich nicht passend. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung zu trocknen (Heizung oder Handtuchtrockner fehlt), die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet und es gab ein paar Silberfische.

Wij hadden een appartement met 1 slaapkamer. Het badkamer was groot en aparte wc was ook ideaal. We hadden uitzicht op de golfbaan wat heel leuk was. Personeel heel aardig. Mooie infinitief Pool.

One of the wellness areas was completely closed during our stay. It is a pity for the guests who are visiting for a wellness holiday. Our dog was charged 25€ per night and got a blanket in return...

kids couldn’t use infinity pool, even for certain times. missing tools (screwdriver) in ski room. could offer changing facilities for people checking out but needing to come back to collect bags etc. breakfast could be more reasonably priced especially for kids.

Beautiful apartment but badly managed

Beautiful apartment and nice wellness. Front-office friendly.

Back office and management very disappointing. Booked and paid for an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, but no possibility to cook a meal! There is a kitchen but no cooking hob, no pans nothing. Booked and paid for extra cleaning of the apartment and extra towels but not done/ received. Check the bills very well as lots of mistakes are made. Poorly managed.

Restaurant team and food were great.

The apartment's kitchen was lacking a hob and kitchen utensils. Luckily, we had seen other guests carrying a mobile hob and so after asking for one we got one, too.

Beautiful but sadly, not worth the cost.

The Penthouse was beautiful and my family (3 small children) and friends were comfortable our whole time. The view and surrounding Westendorf was lovely. The kitchen had a stove top and convection oven/microwave combo along with the cooking tools needed. Coffee maker was regular Nespresso pods👌 We had no issues with heat and slept well.

One of my biggest disappointments was the expectation to have the kitchen cleaned before check out. This is not a cheap resort, having to have the dishwasher clear of clean dishes was a headache I hadn’t planned on having in this ‘luxury’ resort. Sauna was a big reason we picked this resort, it is small and does not have a lot of room to walk around comfortably textile free. Speaking of textile free, this is not enforced and thus was very awkward. The roof top pool was very chilly, we were disappointed. Downstairs pool was comfortable with our children however very small.

NO SKI BUS

NO SKI BUS!!! Prior booking I asked hotel if there will be a ski bus to pick me up and they confirmed on the email that there will be one right in front of the hotel. But it wasn't true, ski bus starts the season only on 25th Dec. I was very upset because I didn't have a car and the choice of hotel was based on bus availability. I had to spend extra 10 euro every time I needed to go to the slopes, come back and go to the city for dinner etc. At the end it added a lot of extra cost to my trip that i didnt plan to spend. I am very upset about this!!

Will be back but will ask for a different room and eat in the village at a restaurant.

the location, decoration, pool and wellness, golf club, beautiful apartment with gorgeous view. great for both active and relaxing holiday.

Hotel and room are too hot so I didn’t sleep well. They need to turn down the thermostat! Pillows not great either and no pillow options. Restaurant was not good and lots of squabbling among the staff which we as customers picked up on.
