Overall, great stay. Would book again!!

Staff were helpful, having a bistro on site with affordable meals was great. Having a washing and dryer was unexpected but so good, could have had a clothes horse to help with no dry able clothes. Parking was easy and facilities around the hotel were very handy

There is a function centre, it was used for 2 nights we were there. The first night the patrons leaving were VERY loud, woke kids up. The second night the patrons were very quite

Very friendly staff both at the hotel and at the Bar/Bistro. Great location, about 20 minutes from the city and good

Very convenient location, close to shops and restaurants.

Noisy busy road, very small congested kitchen space, main bedroom rooms had no fan or aircon in 1 bedroom apartment.

Good location for what we needed, would stay again

Secure carpark, good location in Mawson lakes.

The shower cold water tap didn’t work that well. It was dripping then when you turned it on to adjust the water temperature it took such a long time to get the temp right, it was very frustrating.

Wouldn’t call this Service apartment

Location is right next to lake and shopping center.

Quite small rooms. Uncomfortable beds. There is hardly anything to be called a kitchen. Bathroom, laundry, and dryer is in one of the corners where you have to pass thru the bedroom. There is no exhaust in there, so when you start the dryer bedroom/lounge stinks like anything.

Nice area. Washer and dryer.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Main bed a little hard but not too bad. Small planes taking off and flying over early in the morning. A bit noisy if you wanted to sleep a little later.

Great set up for family, great price, loved that there were 2 separate bedrooms and the second bedroom had 2 singles for the kids rather than a double, no room in living for everyone so not functional for spending time in the room, but great for just a place to sleep. Great info from staff on arrival, easy check in process

Didn't have any special feel, nothing exceptional or that stood out, shower wasn't overly pleasant, not easy to adjust and a reasonable amount of mould stain, was a little disturbing to find shutter down over reception when went to check out after 7am - had an early appointment to get to and needed to be out of time, was no forewarning that reception wouldn't be open

Very peaceful, nice view of Main Street, very comfortable stay.

Super clean and tidy, bathroom amenities very good, washer/dryer vey handy, cafe style sliding doors on to balcony very nice

Couldn’t connect the Chromecast, blanket on bed was too thin for this weather.
