Se quiser ficar perto do aeroporto é excelente

A Localização é bem próxima ao aeroporto, tem um espaço externo bem amplo. Um bar super legal com colaboradores bem agradáveis.

O meu chuveiro simplesmente não funcionava, frio. As instalações são antigas.

L'accueil par le gérant n'est pas à la hauteur du prix de la chambre.

Le site est agréable. L'emplacement à côté de l'aéroport est pratique. La chambre est grande et confortable.

Arrivés à 21h, il a été impossible de manger, ne serait-ce qu'un sandwich, bien qu'on nous ait dit à l'accueil que le restaurant était ouvert jusqu'à 22h30. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi avant 6h30, heure à laquelle nous avons quitté l'hôtel pour aller à l'aéroport. Bien que compris dans le prix de la chambre, aucune solution de remplacement n'a été proposée, aucun geste commercial pour compenser. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette dans la chambre.

Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique. Proximité de l'aéroport.

Très mauvaise expérience au bar et au restaurant. Longue attente pour être servi au bar. Au moment de passer commande pour le repas, on nous dit que les cuisines sont fermées alors qu'il y a des clients dans le restaurant. Nous négocions sans succès un repas froid avec le superviseur de l'hôtel. Nous restons encore un bon moment au bar, des plats chauds sont ensuite servi aux autres clients. On s'est donc moqué de nous et cela est d'autant plus agaçant vu le prix de la chambre. Nous avons donc accepté la situation mais nous sommes promis de donner notre avis sur booking!

A promising stay turned into disappointment

The lobby area and restaurant/bar space are nice.

I was disappointed that I asked ahead of my stay for a vegan option for breakfast, but it came as a surprise for the poor young man who was preparing the breakfast for guests. He did his best and was able to get a couple of items for me - but it did not feel like value for money at all. There were also wifi issues during my stay. From arrival Wifi didn't reach my room at all so I had to use the lobby and restaurant areas. But on the second day wifi was completely down for me and strangely was working for some users and not others. It was quite an inconvenience but also a costly one as I had planned to order an uber to the airport having ran v. low on physical cash. Instead, I asked front desk to order me a taxi and was quoted a price, but in reality it was $10 more than they said - which seems to be the standard price - so I'm not sure where front desk got their number from. The floor in my room also made my white socks filthy, so I took to wearing my shoes.

Brief but satisfactory

Hotel was a good choice for a brief transit stay, the premises are aged and there was no front desk in the morning for check out. Jermaine who checked us in was very helpful and arranged an early breakfast for us.

Exceptional

Checking in was hassle free, and the staff was courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was quiet and calming. Eating by the marina was lovely, and the view of the city across the Harbour made it all that better.

Comfortable spacious room though strong smell of mould. Proximity to airport The view is beautiful at sunset.

sea front with beautiful views of Kingston at night. A bit of a nightlife in the town of Port Royal with scrumptious street food and restaurants.

Very poor

I liked the location and the friendly staff.

My room was the Deluxe King Suite. Let's say, for the price, I was very disappointed. The shower tap was broken, the screw holding it up finally came out after my morning shower. I spent a night...I didn't fuss with them because of that.

Breakfast very limited , not much choice for breakfast, service staff very limited had to enquire for bath towels, The location concerns regarding transport and available for customers, Location very isolated, but available near to the airport

very nice surroundings the location near to the airport, I did not like the fact that the organisation asked me to sign a form that they would not be responsible of any incidents or accidents, if occurred but I had to ask for a slip mat for the bathroom these issues need to be addressed

Okay

Had to stay an extra night in Jamaica after leaving the resort due to plane. My driver told me about this and we were pleased.

Room security could have been better. Locks appeared flimsy.

It was ok!

Staff could be a little more nicer to locals not because we ain’t spending us doesn’t mean we won’t tip so u won’t treat us as how they would approach a white man they scrutinized and answer little to no question when asked. I arrived late for my one night stay and can you believe the young lady at the front desk (Kenesha)if that’s how it is spelt had no remorse of my lateness and continue to tell me 10us a hour of I’m requesting late check out this the only reason why I might not visit this location because I work very hard and every weekend I take trips so trust me I know how I’m suppose to be treated when I detoxing and this is not it! Other than that the place was exquisite!
