Merveilleux.

Tout était parfait, l’équipe, le cadre, le petit déjeuné. Un grand merci à Outman et Abdul de nous avoir conseillé, et de s’être « adapté » à notre emploi du temps (petit déjeuner à 8h, et nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 7h15 pour partir en excursion, nous avions le droit à des petits paquets fruits/yaourts etc.) Les lits sont extrêmement confortable, je n’avais pas aussi bien dormi depuis mon arrivée au Maroc. Le Riad se situe dans une petite ruelle à l’abri de la foule, ce qui amène un peu de tranquillité au milieu de cette ville animée.

Tolles Riad, leider nicht optimal geführt

Tolles Ambiente, wunderschönes marokkanisches Riad. Sehr sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral.

Das Frühstück ist etwas lieblos. Es gibt auf der Dachterrasse eine Theke, wo man sich bedienen kann. Die 8er Tische sind nicht eingedeckt und das Abräumen verläuft eher schleppend. Schade für so ein schönes Ambiente. Im eigentlichen Spa Bereich war ich nicht. Das 'Schwimmbad' ist ein kleines Becken im Innenhof des Riad. In unserem Zimmer war Internet sehr schwach bis kaum verfügbar und es war sehr dunkel im Raum. Keine Alkohollizenz.

Qualche problema di acustica con le stanze che davano sulla zona comune.

10/10 best holiday we’ve had

My sister and I had a fabulous stay here. From start to finish the staff couldn’t do anymore for us. The breakfast had a good selection, the hot flat breads were delicious. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. We will be recommending to family and friends.

beau riad mais le petit déjeuner est à revoir

le riad est magnifique avec une décoration Berbère tout en sobriété mais très chaud. les chambres et les parties communes sont très Propres.

le petit déjeuner : en guise de fruits frais : des pommes et des bananes. A Marrakech !!! pas de fruits secs !!! pas de fromage sauf de la vache kiri. des omelettes à la vache kiri !! non ! pas de jambon de dinde! en laitage un seul yaourt Danone nature. rien d autre. non franchement ce n est pas digne d’un bon riad. le personnel est souriant mais devrait être formé à accompagner les client.

Het vriendelijke personeel. Iedereen, maar in het bijzonder Mohammed en Yessin van de receptie. Zij dachten steeds met ons mee en gaven ons goed advies!

Pleasant

Great location and breakfast. There is a swimming pool. Good staff.

For such a high price, I don't think we got adequate service. The internet quality was poor and the top floor room barely ran at all. We also took advantage of the massages offered, but the masseuse was not very pleasant and the whole massage was quite rough and not relaxing at all. It was not a good experience. Most importantly, however, the CITY FEE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED, WASN'T, AND IT WASN'T A VERY LITTLE MONEY.

A Beautiful Oasis in Marrakesh

what a treasure this is in the hustle and bustle of the Medina this is an oasis of calm. I will forever remember the event of orange blossom. we stayed in the Berber tent on the first floor which I had booked by mistake. But we thought let’s go for it and so glad we did. It was such fun and something different. it has a superb bed, AC and a sweet bathroom. The staff here are exceptional, so helpful and kind. the location make it perfect for the souks, square and other hot spots and knowing you can come back here to escape the madness is brilliant.

It feels wrong to say anything about the place. There were a few niggles but nothing that would stop us heading straight back there.

It was a beautiful hotel! The staff were always so attentive and ready to help us with anything. They offered amazing restaurant reservations and helped plan our days. When we come back to Marrakech we will stay here again!

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Sopianne our host was the best. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The hotel is expectionally clean and the breakfast so delicious. This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in my life! Highly recommend a visit!

Exceptional

I spent one night at this Riyad with 20 students. It was a blast. The place is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, the food was beyond exceptional (My students and myself still consider we had the best tajine from our entire trip !). We loved this place and we didn't want to leave. It is a place where we feel we are at home. Thank you so much for welcoming us the way you did. I will definitely come back if I plan another school trip !

Fantastic, would definitely recommend!

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. We felt safe and cared for by all. Breakfast was particularly delicious and the jacuzzi was a highlight.

Small note, but the hotel was out of wine/beer most of the time but this was a truly minor inconvenience. Prices for the hammam were quite expensive but in line with local prices.

We stayed in the tent-style room on the roof top which was very convenient as it is located very close to the jacuzzi. Beautiful place, easy to reach (parking and taxis not far away), great breakfast and very good service.

Best staff!

Staff were absolutely wonderful! Especially Mohammed who looked after the place at night...we decided to stay in one night and just order pizza 🍕, Mohamed got a fire going in one of the rooms and made it such a great experience! Great to see lot's of maintenance going on, with such a huge place to maintain I could see they were making the best of the small window when the place was relatively quiet... Lots of choice for breakfast! Hot tub on the roof was fantastic, pretty much had it to ourselves!

Just a few very minor 21st century suggestions... Somewhere to hang towels and more coat hangers in the closet! It may have only been in our room (Idris) , but as we were there for four nights I like to have everything out of my bag and on display!🙂 Some way of securing the shower head would help! Hair dryer could do with upgrading to a more powerful one....

Our stay was superb, the food, staff, and facilities were excellent. We couldn't have been happier.

The rooms are quiet and beautifully appointed. The common areas are truly beautiful in the Moroccan style. The breakfasts on the terrace were delicious and varied. The staff was amazing. We were almost the only people there during the off season and the staff made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. They made the stay special.

I can't think of anything that could be improved. The staff brought us complimentary fresh orange juice in the evening on the terrace so we could have a small picnic. They also set up the TV just for us to watch the Morocco Spain match in the World Cup. We so appreciated their help during our stay.
