Perfect stay, worth every penny.

The location is very nice especially if you are traveling from the Tivat side. There are plenty of options to swim in the water along the way. There is a restaurant nearby that serves good food as well. You must definitely go for the room with the balcony. Room is spacious enough. The balcony view is awesome for spending a relaxed evening. Balcony is the real highlight of this room. And of course, the locality is very silent, calm and quiet. If you are planning to visit Kotor, this is a very good option. If you travel to the Tivat side, you can catch the ferry and visit perast and Herceg Novi from this place.

Except for a few things, the stay was superb. The AC in the room was not working. But we didn't mind as we spend most day time outside. While inside the room, we leave the door to balcony open where it brought fresh cool breeze from sea. At night you need to lock the door, but again, it was manageable without AC. The fridge was not working in-between, but again for a vacation not much to complain about.

Peacefull place near Kotor

The apartment is beachfront and there’s a little semi private beach for the guests. The host is always available and quickly responsitive

About the location, despite it is a really quite place and served with markets nearby, we took a lot to move by car around the bay of Kotor and main attractions, because of traffic and tiny roads. We were there in August.

Everything was fine. The host was very hospitable and help us with everything. Accomodation is very nice, located almost on the beach, with all necessary equipment for leisure activities.

Lovely place to stay and relax for a few days!

The host, Saba, is very kind and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and had all the supplies you may need. The beach is right out front and they lend you chairs and sunshades. The specific location is Stoliv, it’s a 25-30 min drive to Kotor, but you can also take the public bus (you had to pay €1.5 p/p in cash) that usually stops every 1 hour. The closest place to buy basic groceries was 500m away and if you want a bigger market, there’s one 2km away.

Lovely apartment with sea view

A lovely apartment with a fantastic location and easy access to the sea. The huge balcony was a bonus and the apartment itself had a lot of space for our family of four. Parking is provided and restaurants are in walking distance.

Beautiful Spot

Perfect spot to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the location. The small roads are a challenge but fun (from the ferry you turn left then a couple of km to go)The restaurant not far from the accommodation was perfect. Soba was welcoming, asking to water the plants on the balcony made us feel at home. It was hard to find having no internet (bundel doesn't work in Montenegro) & no name sign & no house number written in the address of booking.com made it a challenge...but we made it and was well worth it

Very nice hosts, great location, unforgettable bus transport to the city, fantastic views.

We had a ground floor room which we booked ourselves. Unfortunately it didn't match our expectations. However, I believe the other rooms are better and the stay was fantastic. I would recommend the stay, however compared to other accommodation, I have to downgrade the rating a little

incredible spot for relaxing and indulging yourself with the fine Kotor bay

unbeatable view and incredible location with private sunbathing swimming spot at the bay. Our balcony with view felt like a fairytale. Had all the facilities you need.

Great location on the first line with its own beach. The water in the bay was always warm and clean. Has its own car parking. Comfortable and spacious room with sea view. There is everything you need for recreation and living. Very wonderful hosts, they treated us to local delicious beer for free. We liked everything very much! We want to come back next year. Recommended!

Very Recommended!

Beautiful view from the studio, very spacious, quiet location. It had everything I needed for a short stay! Recommended.

I arrived later than I told the owner so he wasn't at the apartment when I arrived, it was super cold outside and windy, and I didn't have internet on my phone and had to start working from my computer in 30 mins so the arrival was a stressful situation. Luckily the owner came 5 mins before I started working, gave me the key and all good.

Great location!

Very nice location close to the Bay of Kotor and small beach place. Along the road from Tivat to Kotor with nice views, in both directions around 15-20 minutes by car. Canoes were available to rent. Nice hosts.

The room we stayed in is really ready to be renovated or renewed. Could be a very nice apartments if it will be updated.

It's a perfect spot for having a peaceful vacation - situated in a beautiful part of Boka Kotorska, the room/apartment itself was very spatious, clean, with comfortable bed... People who take care of the place were very nice and friendly, specially the woman, who shows empathy and care for the animals in need. ❤️

Location is lovely, includes beach front & spectator views, boat ride, bikes, kayaks, amazing fruit trees, and friendly and helpful staff!

Lovely stay with private beach

Gorgeous location (although maybe hard to travel to without a car) with a private beach overlooking the most beautiful sea, surrounded by mountains. Very worth travelling up the mountain to the village/church on the hill. The hosts are super helpful, chatty and friendly.

The ONLY thing I would improve is ask for some thicker blankets in the wardrobe - it is almost always hot but we had one night of storm and it got quite chilly with only a sheet. Other than that, a perfect stay :)

The administrators were very nice, the owner, too. Very forthcoming. The location, the private access to the sea and the view are great. We had a flat with a big terasse and sea view.

The flat was big but extremely outdated in terms of equipment. After so many reviews of 9 and 10 scores, we expected much better. The fridge didn’t work, the AC was only in the living room and when you open the windows at night you can hear very well the neighbours AC and music. The kitchen is euquiped with only essentials, if you do not plan to cook that may be sufficient. The bathroom also needs some maintenance (toilet leaking- smell of urin, shower meed some fixing). To our understanding the flat is very basic in a nice environment.

The place is excelent for the families. Apartments are spacious, clean and well equiped. The best thing is that they have small but nice private beach and just 50m away another, public one which is maybe better suited for kids. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay there very much....
