Beat location in Haad Rin

Location and peace ✌️ with swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool next door With microwave and toaster for breakfast too down stairs. Rooms are really good size

Other than the maid everything was incredible. Greeted with a beer upon arrival

Perfect location for full moon party. Easy access to beach and pool

Maid was rude when checking out. It was an act as they wanted to keep damage deposit due to missing umbrella we never had and a dirty towel. I was too hung over to argue so I accepted defeat. Also head board on bed was quite dirty.

Good location for full moon party

Great location for full moon party. The receptionists were were helpful. In a good location to shops and beach etc. The rooms were spacious and very clean - I spent the majority of the day after the full moon party in the room and the bed was super comfy.

Perfect!

Great location!!! Value for money. Not sure how loud it is during the full moon party, but if you're there for the full moon party then I assume you're OK with the noise.

everything was super good, amazing place to spend a vacation! Personal was super kind!

internet was pretty slow at the beginning and the level of sea dropped, but it has nothing with the hotel.

good place for few days stay.

beautiful surroundings and the room was very spacious with a beautiful balcony.

It is true that the hotel is 3 min walk from the beach but you cannot really swim in that part as it is full of boats. the hotel does not have any place where to take breakfast as its restaurant was closed.

Good location, good pool, good prices and friendly people.

The room was a very nice, big and bright room with a welcoming, quite big balcony. It has everything you need. The pool is big and very nice. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel and the price-Performance ratio is very very good. It is located directly at an very nice beach and has many good beach bars just around the corner.

It's not possible to book breakfast. But in the neighbourbuilding is a good place to have a nice breakfast with proper prices. The bathroom is aerated by an opened window (don't worry there is an insect screen on it). That's why the temperatures in the bathroom were always relatively hot.

Good budget hotel but only for full moon. Not much else around during the other times. Beach however is lovely to spend

The free kayak available was excellent. Used for a whole day. Really nice touch considering most places would charge for the use.

Small odour from bathrooms (seems to be the same with most hotels)

perfect location for the full moon party, we booked the family room which was close enough to the beach but also quiet enough to get some sleep after the full moon party, staff were excellent and offered us refreshments on arrival

Great place if you are here for a short stay around full moon

The property is a a very good location. Specially if you are at Haad Rin to attend full moon party. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable for people travelling in groups.

The rooms were full if mosquitoes the day I entered the room and was there all through my stay. The property could do better in managing this. They do not even have mosquito repellent machines in the room. Rest for the price there could be few facilities available.

It’s definitely for the young who want to party and can sleep through anything.

Location was right by Full Moon beach and the partying which is brilliant for the young people who are there to do just that. Not quite right for an older couple. Comfortable beds. Super staff and always helpful and willing to help.

Very hard pillows. Lots of noise all night but that the location of the Hotel and their customers not the Hotel’s fault. Breakfast wasn’t up to normal standard.

Great location for the full moon party! Pool and bar were great and super cheap! Staff were amazing, really helpful . It was great being able to pop back to the room during the full moon to use a nice, clean toilet

Very very noisy - but it's had rin so it's to be expected! Some very noisy neighbours next door too

The staff and the location

We booked 3 rooms. 2 were quite ok, but the 3rd one was horrible (broken ceiling, excessive dampness, constant intense sewerage smell that I had to sleep with the perfume on the nightstand, just big towels provided etc.)

the staff were amazing! most importantly for anyone attending the full moon party the location os absolutely perfect! no hassles with taxis or comfort coz the hotel is right on the beach so saves a lot of time and being in that location. the facilities were also very comfortable

great location on the beach front, very friendly staff and helpful. clean room and bathroom, the maids came every day. nice restaurants nearby. would recommend we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place and great staff!

nice room near the beachfront, the most I liked the staff! Very helpfull and nice. They upgraded the room for the same price as there were free rooms :)
